2. I’ve written crucial internal and external communications for USDA’s / USDA Small Farms Coordination programs from 2000-04 for a variety of programs, policies, and regulations that included: written/oral presentations, talking points, speeches, editorial short/featured stories, web content, and more; conducting oral interviews to media outlets and state and local governments throughout the country and interviewing farmers on tax and land loss related domestics issues. I have improved the methodology/communications among underserved and socially disadvantage communities along with making recommendations and providing solutions/outcome that have impacted the Agriculture industry nationally and internationally in the 21 Century. I enforced this with media campaigns, outreach, marketing, and public hearings. A major component regarding my responsibilities was to develop a campaign for outreach among the poultry industry with small farmers and conservationist in and around these areas with regards to disability programs. The campaign consisted of media, PowerPoint presentations, advisories, press releases, and numerous town hall meetings across the southern, Midwest, and Northeast region that allowed producers and farmers to discuss their views and complaints as apart of the regulatory change and polices. I provided additional media interviews with Radio Farm Directors, national and state level Deputy Directors, organizational leaders and executives from various

talk radio shows in that region and across the country during this campaign. As a part of the Advisory committee I target 15 states in an effort to demonstrate how the 2002 Farm Bill passed by Congress would affect poultry growers across the country and farmers in general. In addition to working with legislative office across party lines we pass the Farm Bill that highlighted issues that hamper minority farmers to be successful. During this campaign 20 agencies and community base organizations were able to develop intercommunications protocols between them government and Congressional leaders across the country which I enforced with success. In addition to providing press and media expertise for National Agriculture Farmers and Ranchers (Oklahoma City) program and developmental programs from 2005-2009 which include featured articles for Women Rights and Business development

3. I created and directed internal and external communications from 2000 to present between USDA, Community Base Organizations (CBO’s), State and Local Government agencies, HBCU’s, 1890’s. 1860’s, to effectively outreach to socially disadvantage farmers and ranchers with youth initiatives (education health programs), land loss prevention assistance, international internet security certification for Agricultural development exposure to Holiday In Resorts in Africa (USDA, Foreign Agriculture Service/OIC USAID); conservation planning (USDA, Natural Resources and Conservation Service, NRCS); trade show events coordination/development, community development and infrastructure, (Rural Development, RD); marketing and accounting assistance, creating equitable access to funding to help improve access from other governmental entities: private sector, corporations etc…), to improve their business land labor force (DOL) and provide a outlet to farmers and ranchers to get products or services effectively to market by using neighboring community resources and international intervention. The objectives of these projects is to increase opportunities for socially disadvantage farmers and ranchers by establishing alternative labor business enterprise and changing the way farmers and ranchers due business in the Agriculture industry domestically and internationally. This was accomplished by Congressional support with training: Environmental Justice (Water Science for schools, Healthy Family projects, etc.), Agric-health, technical assistance, easy access to loans and grants initiatives, mentoring, accountability, civil rights initiatives (planning) which will lead to the enhancement of community leaders and CBO’s network nationwide. From 2000-2007 I have been successful in initiating these programs and securing youth, families, and communities across the domestic and international countries with Congressional members, USAID/OIC International, and USDA and from 2009-present working with various CBO, NGO, and state
