Polish American Cultural Center Museum30th Anniversary Celebration 1988-2018

Dear Members, Friends & Supporters:

2018 is a historic year for the Polish American Cultural Center Museum as it marks the 30th Anniversary of the Museum Exhibit Hall. It was organized to promote Polish culture and pride to Polish Americans and be a place to welcome people of all nations to learn more about Polish history, and the accomplishments and valor of the Polish people. The history of Poland was fi rst documented in 966 AD. The accomplishments of Polish Americans have been documented since the First Polish Settlers arrived at Jamestown, Virginia in 1608.

During the last 30 years the Museum Exhibit Hall has been a focal point for tourists visiting America’s Most Historic Square Mile. Annually millions of tourists visit Historic Philadelphia where America’s Independence began. The Polish American Cultural Center Museum is proud to be the only Polish American related institution located on an American Historic Trail, just 3 blocks from Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and other historic area sites.

Some of the Museum’s Exhibit Hall accomplishments include:

1. It welcomes tourists from all over America and around the world. Because of its location, tourists are within walking distance from the Visitors Center and dozens of historic area sites.

2. The Museum is listed on Historic Philadelphia area street signs, tourist maps, Internet sites, at the Visitors Center, as well as historic area organizations, which direct visitors to the Polish American Cultural Center Museum. Visitors of many nationalities write in the visitor’s book that after they visited the Museum they were more aware of why Polish people are proud of their heritage.

3. The Museum is open on a regular schedule, admission free. The large Polish and American fl ags on the front of the building also remind people that Polish and Polish American history are on display in the Museum and that we are pleased to welcome visitors.

These are just a few examples of the accomplishments of the Polish American Cultural Center Museum. As we continue our efforts to promote the museum, we must also address the costs of services to maintain ongoing operations. We need your fi nancial support to maintain the museum and our outreach to visitors of this great institution.

Major Museum Exhibit Hall Sponsor - $1,000.00

Sponsor names will be listed on the Major Museum Exhibit Hall Sponsor List in the Museum and on the Museum’s Internet site. Sponsors will be listed as a Major Sponsor in all programs and activities at the Museum and listed as a sponsor of the Polish and Polish American Historic Refl ections printed in each issue of the Polish American News during our 30th Anniversary year. Sponsors will also be announced at all the Museum’s Tour Groups during our 30th Anniversary year.

Museum Polish Eagle Sponsor - $750.00

Sponsor names will be listed on the Museum Polish Eagle Sponsor List in the Museum and on the Museum’s Internet site. Sponsors will be listed in all programs and activities at the Museum and as a sponsor of the Polish and Polish American Historic Refl ections printed in each issue of the Polish American News during our 30th Anniversary year. Sponsor names will also be announced at the Museum’s Youth Tour Groups during our 30th Anniversary year.

Museum Exhibit Hall Benefactor Sponsor - $500.00

Sponsor names will be listed on the Museum Exhibit Hall Benefactor Sponsor List in the Museum and on the Museum’s Internet site. Sponsors will be listed in all programs and activities at the Museum and as a sponsor of the Polish and Polish American Historic Refl ections printed in each issue of the Polish American News during our 30th Anniversary year.

Museum Exhibit Hall Tour Group Sponsor - $250.00

Sponsor names will be listed on the Museum Exhibit Hall Tour Group Sponsor List in the Museum, on the Museum’s Internet site and in the Polish American News during 2018. Sponsors will also be listed in programs at the Museum during our 30th Anniversary year.

Museum Exhibit Hall Promoter - $100.00

Sponsor names will be listed on the Museum Exhibit Hall Promoter List on the Museum’s Internet site. Promoters will also be listed in the 30th Anniversary list in the August Polish American News.

Museum Exhibit Hall Donor - $50.00

Donors will be acknowledged on the 30th Anniversary donor list in the August edition of the Polish American News.
