Polish kitchen is very delicious. Polish people eat four meals a day. First we eat breakfast, for example cornflakes or

sandwich. Later we eat dinner: soup - żurek, bean soup etc. and main

dish - bigos, fried carp,, potato pancakes... After dinner some people like to eat dessert - cheese cake

or chrust. In the evening we eat supper, for example herring in oil, scrambled eggs, sandwich...

People here like to drink tee or juice.

In Poland we celebrate the New Year of each year. People usually stay at home but some people have parties. People eat tasty dishes e.g.:Carp fried,

noodles with cabbage, red borscht, mushroom soup, salmon and many other and at 12 o'clock people drink champagne. At mignight people make wishes and they say ,,Happy New Year,,. Poles celebrate the carnival of the New Year

with fireworks.
