PRODUCT

POLITERM WALLSuperlight thermal insulating material for dry blowing into air spaces.

FIX VARIANT (consolidated) in interspace: using the specific equipment that allows to blow the product, the thermal insula-ting inerts of Politerm Wall are blowed with a specific aggregate (approx. 2 Kg/m3 of cosumption). Thanks to this solution once introduced, the beads are aggregated, avoiding their spillage in case of future interventions on the walls (realization of traces, perforations, etc.).

PACKAGING AND STORAGE · Bag of 500 lt.· Do not store for long time under direct sunlight.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION It is used for thermal insulations and fillings of air spaces and closed volumes in general.

CONSUMPTION / YELD To fill a volume of 1 m3, 2 bags of Politerm Wall are necessary (Politerm Wall Fix: + 2 Kg/m3 of consolidating).

PREPARATION FOR BLOWING

Before starting to blow Politerm Wall, you have to prepare suitable openings (holes of cm. 4 - 5) on the walls for the introduction of the product and the extraction of the air that is in the air spaces.· Extensions up to 4 ml: n° 3 openings.

The openings must be done in the two corners and at the centre of the wall, in the highest position to guarantee the complete filling of the volume.

· Extensions over 4 ml: at least one opening for every 2 ml.Throug the openings it would also be possible to check the maximum level of filling.

BLOWING

Use the specific equipment Politerm Wall Blow (suction/pumping gun) see Edilteco equipment, that allows to blow the product taking it directly from the bags and obtaining an approximative yield of 1 m³ in approx. 7 - 9 minutes (according to the building site conditions). The use of Politerm Wall Blow equipment, allows the blowing directly from the bags, avoiding the pouring‐off operations and conse-quent dispersion of product in the work areas.- FIX VARIANT: it is required a further equipment called POLITERM WALL BLOW FIX to blow the consolidating. This equipment will be

connected to the same compressor used for the POLITERM WALL.

CHARACTERISTICS

· Specific weight of the introduced product: (POLITERM WALL 8 - 12 Kg/m3) - (POLITERM WALL FIX 10 - 14 Kg/m3).· Estimated thermal conductivity λ = 0,035 W/mK (according to the tamping and effective distribution of the inert material spread in

the inside of the filled volume).· Equivalent thermal conductivity l

eq_isol = 0,063 W/mK.
