GIỚI THIỆU Hóa sinh học – hóa học & hóa sinh: là khoa học nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học và những quá trình biến đổi hóa học của cơ thể sống (sinh vật). Sinh hóa tĩnh (static biochemistry) – Hóa học: nghiên cứu thành phần cấu tạo, tính chất hóa học của cơ thể sống POLYMER SINH HỌC. Sinh hóa động (dynamic biochemistry) – Hóa sinh: nghiên cứu bản chất và cơ chế hóa học của sự trao đổi chất (metabolism). II. LỊCH SỬ HÓA SINH Những kiến thức sinh hóa đầu tiên – được tích lũy từ ngàn xưa, trên cơ sở phát triển hóa hữu cơ, sinh lý học, y học và một số ngành khác. Hóa sinh trở thành một chuyên ngành riêng biệt độc lập đối với các ngành khoa học khác vào khoảng cuối TK XIX. Các sự kiện lịch sử sinh hóa chính như: Wohler, 1828 tổng hợp urea bằng con đường hóa học. Nửa sau TK XIX, biết khá nhiều về cấu trúc những TPHH chủ yếu của cơ thể sống. Nửa đầu TK XX, xuất hiện những thành tựu về hóa sinh dinh dưỡng và chuyển hóa. Từ những năm 50 đến nay, nhiều thành tựu đáng kể trong nhiên cứu cấu trúc phân tử. III. THÀNH PHẦN HÓA HỌC CỦA SINH VẬT III.1. Thành phần nguyên tố • Cơ thể sống được cấu tạo khoảng 30 loại nguyên tố. • Sự có mặt của các nguyên tố trong cơ thể SV sự có mặt của các nguyên tố ở ngoài cơ thể. • Thế giới SH - gọi là thế giới của các hợp chất C. LK của C với các nguyên tố khác rất bền so với các LK khác. • Sự phân bố của các nguyên tố không đồng đều phân thành 3: Các nguyên tố đa lượng (>10 - 5 ): C, H, O, N, S, P, Cl, Ca, Na, K, Mg, Fe, Zn Nguyên tố vi lượng (10 -8 -10 -5 ): Cu, Co, Mo, B, F,Cr, I, Mn, Al, Si Nguyên tố siêu vi lượng (<10 - 8 ): Hg, Au, U, Ra, Se

    Ha sinh hc ha hc & ha sinh: l khoa hc nghin cuthnh phn ha hc v nhng qu trnh bin i ha hc cac th sng (sinh vt).
