2. Cut out the paper circle

3. Cut solid line (NOT dotted line)

4. Ask a grown-up to cut the tiny circle with the small scissors—be as precise as you can!

5. Roll circle into a cone, lining up the cut edge with the dotted line. Tape it into a cone.

6.Tape it onto the short end of the straw. It’s very important that only a tiny bit of straw pokes up into the cone.

7. Put pompom in cone and blow.

1. Decorate a paper circle with markers or crayons. (No need to decorate the gray part)
