Come funzionaL’aria compressa immessa dallo scambiatore pneumaticodietro una delle due membrane determina lacompressione e spinge il prodotto nel condotto dimandata contemporaneamente, la membrana oppostae solidale all’albero dello scambiatore crea unadepressione aspirando il fluido.Una volta completata la corsa lo scambiatore pneumaticodevia l’aria compressa dietro alla membrana opposta eil ciclo si inverte.

Description of the pumpDiaphragm pumps consist of a stall-prevention centrally-housedpneumatic exchangers.The new generation diaphragms (Long Life profile) are fitted to itsshaft. At the two ends, the two pump casings house the ball valvesand seats of the product suction and deliveryduct.

How it worksThe compressed air introduced by the pneumaticexchanger (A) behind one of the two diaphragmsgenerates compression and pulses the product into thedelyvery duct (B), at the same time the opposingdiaphragm that is integral with the exchanger shaftcreates a vacuum and intakes the fluid (C).Once the stroke has been completed, the pneumaticexchanger diverts the compressed air behind theopposing diaphragm and the cycle is reversed.
