General Instructions

➢ Registration for the participation before the stipulated deadline to event coordinator in

charges is must.

➢ Students can participate in any number of competitions.

➢ Participants are requested to make necessary arrangement for the various accessories

needed for their performance well in advance.

➢ The video should be in MP4 or MKV format.

➢ The submitted videos size should be less than 500 MB (for events with 5mins

duration) and 700 MB (for events with 10 mins duration) and the video quality

should be ranging between 480p to 720p

➢ Merit certificates will be awarded to the winners and No cash prizes.

➢ Participation certificate will be issued to selected participants(after preliminary

scrutiny by the committee)

➢ For photography and painting on a topic and instructions will be announced and

mailed to the registered participants on 21.11.2020, 3pm.

➢ For all other events, participants should send their videos latest by 17.11.2020

➢ The Google drive link for uploading their videos will be mailed to the registered

participants

➢ Violation of any rules will lead to direct disqualification.

➢ Judges decision will be the final in the selection of winners

➢ In case of any discrepancies, the decision of the Judges and the respective faculty

coordinator decision will be final

● Participant is free to sing any song(multilingual)

● Maximum of 5 minutes will be given to each participant

● Participants should play their karaoke in the background (using another device or

speaker) and need to record their live singing in a single take (merging of

multiple takes into a single video is not allowed). Editing of any form is not

allowed.

● Participants should make themselves comfortable in a noise free environment and

record the video for better quality.

● Registered participants should send their live singing video for initial screening.

Only selected participants only will be allowed to take part in the event.
