Preventative maintenance is the key to keeping machinery reliable and ready. At Stoller International we are heating up the service deals to get your agriculture equipment and lawn and garden equipment up and running and ready to go when the snow yields to the return of spring. Our deals are going to focus on planters, tillage tools, tractors and lawn and garden equipment. We are focusing on spring!

PLANTERS Your planter could be considered the most important piece of machinery on your farm. Your yield is determined by many factors that are solely controlled by the planter. Population control, depth control, seed to soil contact and spacing are all related to the condition of the planter components. We will do a complete planter inspection on the farm for 36 dollars per row. We will do it in our shop for 28 dollars per row.

If you ended the season last year thinking your seed placement could stand some improvement we can test your meters to determine how accurately they are performing. We have Precision Test equipment that is capable of testing Kinze and Case IH metering units.

Prices for testing meters are :· Corn Meters $20.00 Per row for testing only. For repair of meters and testing before and after rebuild is $39.00 per row. We’ll provide the test result printouts.· Bean Meters: For $20.00 per row to go through the meter and replace necessary parts.The charges for meter testing is for the labor. Any parts needed are billed separately.

LAWN AND GARDEN No doubt spring is a busy time of year in the agricultural communities. Crops need planting, fields need tilling, grass needs mowing. Interruptions caused by poorly maintained lawn equipment are frustrating. Booking a preventive maintenance inspection on your lawn equipment will reduce those unwanted interruptions. For $139.50 we will go over the machine and perform the following services:*

· Lubricate all parts per manufacturer recommendations· Check condition of battery, belts, cables and charging system· Replace plugs on gas engines·Replace fuel filters· Replace engine oil and filters· Sharpen and balance or replace blade whichever is the best choice.· Thoroughly inspect overall condition and make recommendations if we feel further service is needed. **· Hauling is available to and from our shops if needed. Ask about our very reasonable charge.

ROW CROP TRACTORS $475The workhorse of almost every farm is the row crop tractor. With proper preventive maintenance the reliability of row crop tractors built today is exceptionally good. Most breakdowns we experience are from causes we could probably have headed off if we had inspected the tractor beforehand. We can’t catch everything but we do discover things that are fixed before turning catastrophic. We will inspect the tractor from the radiator to the drawbar. We’ll check hoses, belts, intake systems, fuel systems, charging systems and hydraulic systems. We’ll change or clean filters depending on which choice happens to be the best. We will top off fluids that are not due to be changed. We’ll change fluids that are due for that service. The parts will be priced separately due to the many variations of the different machines. At the conclusion of the inspection we will review any further recommended services we feel you should consider. Parts and labor for any extra work will be billed separately.

FOUR WHEEL DRIVE TRACTORS $720 The same systems will be checked as we do on the row crop tractors. Additionally, we check the drive line couplers and u-joints. On track machines we will inspect the undercarriages for proper track alignment and roller and idler lube levels. We will calibrate the transmission controller to assure it shifts as smoothly as it can. We will review recommended services to you after the maintenance inspection is completed. Any additional work needed will be billed separately.
