Was the first person to implement ADT/Client Profile questionnaire to control Demographic/Format error which reduced 50% of the errors. Do daily random audits to check ongoing quality and do analysis of the feedback errors received from client or instant feedback from Quality Analyst to implement more quality processes/check points to curtail those errors.

The above quality process implementation reduced 50% of the ADT errors in a week’s time and subsequently to75% and even increased the Client Satisfaction rate which helped to even clear consecutive weekly client audits.

We introduced hourly productivity tracking report and shift start and shift end timing/productivity report which helped to have a control on the shift timings. We introduced staggered weekly offs to optimize the available manpower even on weekends. We scheduled team members according to routing pattern of work to use the available manpower to the fullest and deliver work on time with quality.

The questionnaire made by me was made as standard format and mandatory rule for every new account implementation. Even the quality analysis report done for monthly team meeting was appreciated by my reporting manager.

The ADT and format errors in a most sensitive account was a major issue which was sorted out to maximum after implementation of Questionnaire implementation, regular feedback dissemination sessions conducted by me, instant feedback flow process introduced, proactive communication with the front-end team.

Random audit process to monitor ongoing quality, weekly performance analysis, proactive communication about any queries of the team or any issue with the front-end team helped to cut down most the complaints from the customer and improve customer satisfaction level.
