CUB SCOUT PACK 14 POPS THE COMPETION!

Big Thunder Mountain by Brice Kelley (Arrow of Light) Pre heat Dutch Oven over flaming coals Place a stick of butter in oven when coals are ashed over. Add 1/2 cup popcorn and replace lid. Rotate and shake every 5 minutes until popped. Set aside a cup of un-popped corn dusted with jalapeño cheddar seasoning (we purchased ours in Walmart) Next prepare cornbread mix. Two boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix Two eggs 2/3 cup milk 2 cups of popped popcorn prepared in Dutch Oven prior Mix all ingredients together and let sit 5-10 minutes. Pour into two mini loaf pans and place in Dutch Oven with approximately 20-25 coals on top and 10-15 coals under it. Turn Oven on 1/3 turn after 10 minutes. Repeat 2 more times. Remove from oven and allow to sit for five minutes In a separate pan heat precooked pulled pork. Make or purchase your favorite Cole slaw. (Brice used his Memaw's homemade slaw!) Place slice of cornbread on plate and top with heated BBQ pulled pork and top off with a few pieces of the jalapeño cheddar popcorn. Place a serving of coleslaw next to it. Enjoy.

Banana Split Popcorn by Johnny Frank (Webelos) Popcorn mixed with dried strawberries, dried pineapple, and dried banana chips. Drizzle melted chocolate chips and melted peanut butter chips over the mixture. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Trail Blazer Pizza Pie by Cub Scout Pack 14 Ingredients: Popcorn prepared in Dutch Oven Canned pizza dough Creamed cheese icing M&M's Peanuts Peanut butter chips Pretzel pieces Apple - 8 thin crescent slice and rest chopped to add to pizza Caramel sauce. Same instructions for popping corn in Dutch Oven. Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil. One north -south the other east -west. Spray center over lapping Section with butter flavored cooking spray. Open pizza dough and spread out over the center area. Pull up sides of foil and place entire thing in the Dutch Oven. Place approx. 20-24 coals on top and 10-12 coals under the oven. Turn 1/3 turn every ten minutes checking after second turn. Continue until done. Usually takes about 30 minutes. Remove from oven when done, and allow to cool about ten minutes. Spread icing on pizza and add topping except apple slices and caramel. Once all toppings are on arrange apple slices in a circular pattern and drizzle entire pizza with caramel sauce. Cut pizza into slices and enjoy

2 cans cherry pie filling, 1 box of devil's food cake, 1 20 oz. bottle Sprite, popped caramel popcorn. Line the Dutch oven with aluminum foil. Put the cherry pie filling on the bottom. Pour the cake mix on top.
