IC Spray offers both portable and fixed misting systems for the disinfection and sterilizing of buildings and surfaces, including; public transport buses and train carriages, bus and train stations, airports, hospitals, offices and commercial / industrial buildings.

The well-designed portable and fixed misting systems reduce the need for a complete strip down and deep clean, whilst improving efficiency and freeing up critical operator time or expensive call outs.

The equipment is designed for easy operation, whilst achieving a complete disinfection of all surfaces and airborne particles and micro-organisms.

Importantly the sprayed mist consisting of 5 micron droplets ensures the disinfection achieves full and comprehensive coverage of all surfaces within the specified area. This ultra-fine mist is created by our high precision nozzle technology which is also non-drip & self-cleaning thus creating a low maintenance, highly reliable and efficient solution.

IC Spray allows the user to have a portable fogging disinfection solution giving an easy and comprehensive method of disinfecting and sterilizing areas such as train carriages, airplanes, buses, small receptions and work spaces.

This system offers a ‘plug & play’ control and can be left to disinfect the area with no operator input. The dry mist system ensures no wetting and can be trolley mounted and fully equipped allowing the operator a quick and safe decontamination solution.

The system features a specialist nozzle which creates an ultra-fine mist consisting of 5 micron droplets, this airborne mist allowing the disinfectant to work its way onto every surface in the area and giving a much more effective result than manual cleaning, and importantly in a quick and safe operation.

IC Spray consults with customers to design and supply a fixed and permanent system for misting larger areas including larger public transport buildings and large public and private sector work spaces. Our fixed disinfection misting systems offer a full and comprehensive disinfection of the area by creating an ultra-fine disinfectant fog that works its way onto all surfaces, whether desks and computer keyboards in offices, to seating, machinery and all other equipment.

As the droplets created are so fine, airborne microorganisms are also reduced. Importantly, no equipment or surfaces are made wet, again this is down to the ultra-fine droplets created by our spray technology.

The fixed systems are designed with each individual application in mind, meaning controls can be specific to customer’s requirements, for example, timed spray operation when buildings are closed.

The fixed room disinfection systems are designed to have little or no maintenance or operator input, allowing for ease of use, but giving maximum performance. Having such a system installed gives everyone maximum protection from viruses in their daily lives.
