Information about RID-generators

Technical specifications

All given technical data match European and international standards. Power output is given in (kW) or kVA. You will also find inrush currents data of RID- Generators as well.

Voltage and frequency tolerance

The power generators voltage and frequency are very stable within the nominal range of performance (DIN 6280/ISO 8528). Voltage tolerance between no-load and full load operation amounts to ±10 %, according to DIN 6280 T.10/ISO 8528 part 8. For appliances with compound transformer ±8 % or with voltage regulator ±5 %.

Gasoline engines (min. ROZ 91–95) Honda, VanguardFlexible Gasoline engines are approved for not continuous using.

The Advantages of engines with OHV- Reliability and long lifetime

- Reduced fuel consumption and less exhaust emission

- Automatic shutoff system that controls oil level

Safety measures-protective separation

All conductive parts of the generator casing with protective contact of the socket are connected with the metal parts of the connected appli-ances via flexible conductors. The ground wire serves as a equalization that is why no extra safety measures are required. RID –Generators are made according with international technical regulations

IP-safety classProtection against foreign substances, touch and intrusion of water:

1. The generator safety class is controlled in compliance with DIN/VDE 0530, the connection box in compliance with DIN/VDE 0470

2. RID–generators have safety class IP 54 according to DIN 6280 part 10 for. That safety class allows to use generators at constructions site (VDE 0100/DIN 57100 Part 704)
