My role as a business analyst and project manager includes internal communication and preparing staff for change. I highlight a few of the efficiency projects, tools, and campaigns I initiated and/or implemented here.

Informally I also ghost-write for colleagues. Their communiqués and the department newsletter I authored are also sampled. The last slide includes my website copy, an essay, and brochure design published by nonprofit organizations for which I volunteer.
