It is a selection of a student's work compiled

over a period of time and used for assessing performance or progress.

Porfolio : Meaning

1: What are the names of these text types?

The types are the Instructions, directions, report, article and review, these are some examples of text types.

Report : To make suggestions about what to do,

based on the information you have presented. Review : To give a personal opinion ,and some

factual information, about a place, a product, a book or a performance eg:Concert, a play, etc.

Article : To give factual information, to discuss and argue a point, to give your opinion.

Instructions : Written or spoken directions for carrying out a product or performing a task.

Directions : The path that something takes , the path that must be taken to reach a specific place.

They must have a purpose, some or a typical reader(s), an

organization and layout, and some especific features.
