PROJECT 01LUSIL TOWER

The Concept !Lusil is designed on the concept of using the pure energy and the sustainability . Inspired by the flame as un disposable source of energy and our hope To illuminate the importance of use the clean pure ENERGY so. We create a shape using a pure glass covered by a flame patterns coming out of pure base . !!!!The project located in the lusil city in marina district. The building consists of 27 floors on plinth of 3 floors and 24 tower floor the building is permitted for office spaces use and a minimum of services spaces we proposed like cafeterias , prayer hall , restaurant , bank , Qtel and khrama. !The lusil requirement limited to max GFA ( gross floor area ) 32956 m2 !Maximum height 94.00 m So we proposed 27 floors 3 floors plinth with 2800 sq m And 24 floors tower with total area 24000 sq m 3 floors basement parking which is not included in the GFA ( gross floor area ) required.

The Concept !Qatar National Bank has steadily grown to be the largest bank in the Middle East and North Africa Region . in their plan to develop a high end standard finishes and to have an architectural iconic building at Dukhan in QP district !So, we think directly about the logo and what could be beyond its strong directional steadily lines which reflects strong establishment as well. !the building has approx. 200 SQ only but it meant to catch the eyes of its customers as requested by the client ground floor has all the basic facility 1-back office , tellers , vaults and services 2-customers tellers and customers services 3-the Entrance with the bank high end E services th client.

PROJECT 03 ENTERTAINMENT CITY DOHA

The Concept !!the developer of the project was aiming to create a huge entertainment spot in Doha which contains a lot of entreatment attraction the attractions suppose to have 1- Aquarium 2- Hotel 3- Cinema 4D 4-theme Park 5-hypermarket 6-skating !So we develop a concept which reflect a simple relation between the facilities and centred by the aquarium like the petals of the orchid connected by a path of entertainment suspended train .

PROJECT 04 ALKHOR NATIONAL PETROL STATION The Design !!Located on SHAMAL Road and during the highway renovation during 2010-2011 the States of Qatar had to take over the old the National Petrol station for the Highway works . The developer Assigns the job for us to design the new Petrol station . on the new design we took into consideration the Modern and iconic and unique style which is taken from the natural plants tree look and taking care of the client requirements of the facilities besides the Petrol station like the backside care services , administration , markets and of course the petrol storage and complicated Road access for the fuel tanks and the circulation of the different usages . !Contents : 1-Fuel station services 2-Car wash services 3-Administration 4-Restaurant& cafes 5-Shops !

The Design !!In an exposed Spot in a front of Qatar islamic museum a renovation Modification and Enhancement design to the building was requested by the owner in order to be match with the high modern surrounding including the improvement of the building which was made and enhanced during the an ongoing construction work . !the building which contains of 4 typical stories plus the Ground , mezzanine and the Basement which is used for a commercial open workspaces is turned to be occupied by a bank . ! a simple and quick solution was proposed to cover the elevation with a curtain wall and glass facade solutions and detailing was given to the working contractor to be implemented at the site without stoping the ongoing construction works. !!

The Design !Qatar chairty society wanted to develop new cultural centre at Alkhor to replace the old building the project design was designed very simply for its purpose the design criteria was as simple as reflecting the traditional Architectural of Qatar. the 2 floors building contains several facility as : !1-Multi purpose Hall 2-library 3-lecture Halls and class rooms 4-Administration 5-Cafeteria . !

The Design !A resort with a unique planning levelled design was presented to the client who own a precious plot located at the North of Qatar ( AlGHARIA ) . !The resort is designed to have the full view for all the simple ultra modern designed units the view for all units was guaranteed by playing with the levels to have a slope direction to the shore and simple planning for the roads and access. the compound contains of 25 units varies from ground to2 floors includes the restaurant ,gym,supermarket, prayer hall and administration. !!

The Design !Sh suhim the Client held an architectural competition for choosing the perfect proposal for his commercial plot at AlSAAD in Doha Qatar . !We start thinking of developing a unique building achieving the requested municipality regulation in addition to create a special spot for the sheikh office on the top carried by a long column from the ground for a perfect town view . !we consider the green heart of the building the building also has a side multi story car parking to serve the huge need of the parking spaces specially for the office spaces

The Design !AlSHALIA petrol Station on the entrance of alkhor city wanted to develop an additional market adjacent to the existing petrol station . so we gave our proposal of creating a very compacted solution and get the maximum usage of the space in creating 2 L shape building which contains all the requested facilities reflecting the old style of open market traditional Architectural in a modern way of accessibly through the market court with a circulation of internal roads and shaded parking . !!!!!
