C.V.ObjectiveWith my twenty three years of experience in architectural design, drafting and detailing, I seek the position of Architectural Technician.

BackgroundI am an Architect with extensive background in completing mine and other designers' concepts by preparing drawings, estimates and plans and liaising with builders and contractors. The extensive experience I have on-site helps in producing professional drawings that meets on-site colleagues (architecturally and structurally) and clients’ expectations. In addition, I have good time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Residential Units Building

I tried to achieve the client’s demand of a modern façade residential building and in the same time I kept a touch of local architecture by using local bricks lining materials. The design and presentation of this project were entirely executed by AutoCAD and Revit.

Modern Residential Unit

Using gypsum wall boards at ceilings with concealed white light sources emphasises the wideness and simplicity feelings I needed to show and kept the project within the client’s budget as well. The design and presentation of this project were entirely executed by AutoCAD and Revit.

Traditional Egyptian Villa

Heavy cornices and wall papers, classic chandeliers and fer forges handrails are traditional elements of richness in Egyptians’ taste. The design and presentation of this project were entirely executed by AutoCAD and Revit.

Kitchens & Bathrooms Designs

Using Revit in designing, producing shop drawings and calculating quantities of ceramic tiles, helps in producing accurately bill of quantities with manufacturer’s detailed materials.

Using Revit in kitchen designing helps in giving different options for cabinets materials (natural wood, cladding, aluminum sheets, …)

4 stars Hotel & Apartments

Using AutoCAD and touches of Photoshop, the Ground Floor of the hotel was presented.

Using AutoCAD and touches of Photoshop, the Typical Floor of the hotel was presented.

3d plans using Revit were useful to clarify the idea of each touristic unit of the apartment building.
