During my studies at undergraduate level, as an architecture student, I designed ten projects through five design studio programs except my fi-nal project. Our mentors were among the best architects in Iran, and even have international reputation.I am honored to be the fourth graduate of the architecture program at BIHE. It was in my final studio program of university that I focused on my desire to work in the area of urban studies.

Shopping centers in Tehran are an important part of modern spaces. People’s living in such areas is faced with the modernity which ordinary experiences forms with the modern life.This proj-ect has been design due to the economy ,Urban limitations and rules of Tehran in Iran.

nThis complex is designed on the area of 9623 m2 . Considering the Ur-ban rules of this region, The building has designed on the 80% of the ground. It consists of four commercial and three underground parking levels and a restaurant level on the top. There is also a hypermarket on the ground floor.

THERE IS A HYPERMARKET ON THE GROUND FLOOR. IT HAS A MAIN ACCESS FROM THE

GROUND FLOOR. IT ALSO HAS A MOVING WALKS WHICH LINKS THE HYPERMARKET TO

THE PARKING LEVELS TO HELP THEM CARRYING THEIR STUFFS. THERE IS AN SPECIAL ELE-

VATOR WITH A HUGE SPACE IN THE HYPERMARKET WHICH CARRIES THE PRODUCT FROM

THE GROUND LEVEL TO THE STORAGE LEVEL.

CABLEBRIDGE This project subject is a pedestrian footbridge which is an archi-

tecturally significant landmark and an engineering marvel which is going to be built on the top of the Persian Golf ,in Booshehr,in south of Iran.The design specified a curvilinear cable-stayed footbridge that would allow walkers and cyclists to feel the fresh and gentle sea breeze and to enjoy the beauty of the sea view while they are crossing the bridge so that they would totally enjoy their time there. Also it has a Circular restaurant bar which provides attrac-tive entertainments for everyone.

The bridge consists of two main spans which are support-ed from two pylons and cables. The wooden deck width is wide enough to allow emergency vehicles to cross.The structure is made of steel.

THE BRIDGE HAS A LENGTH OF 300M

AND A WIDTH OF 7.5 M.

This column holds the circular part of the bridge that has 27 decks.It also has a res-taurant which is connected to it and has the distance of 10 metre from the earth.

URBAN DESIGNPROJECT

The aim of this project is smart growth for Vardavard and we want to follow TOD expansion. This type of growth is de-pended on public transportation, which helps people to use public vehicles for going work, sport, social activities and … By the way, urban designers should collect different activities and functions in several spots of the city. In this project we try to do it and we put economical, sport and social, educational and residential functions in organic way. Finally results of it, are, speed in reaching urban services, respecting to citizen’s rights, creating new jobs, decreasing unnecessary traffics and improving dweller’s life.

Site plan - Entrance Gates Great potentials of Varda-vard are proper climate, good weather and a river valley near it. Then this area is an appropriate place for attracting tourists, and capitals there. Finally these factors increase social facil-ities for tourists and dwell-ers which create new jobs for human force.

Vardavard station is one of the five under-ground station in the way of Tehran-Karaj .

The landmark

The East Center of Vardavard

This plan contains the main path of the site whith is included the tramway and car way,two bicycle way,walk way and green ways between them.Also the elevators and staiirs which comes from underground parkings,and bicycle parkings where peaple can use them for going around the site in the spesefic bike ways.Actyally here is one of the main tramway stops in the site where people can choose get in to the tramway for going around the site or use bicycle or go by walk.

This is the main plan of the east center of Vardavard,which is designed depond on its topography,so there is a ramp around the square with low slope that guide people through the stadiums whach are around the square. Also there are some stairy shops in north side of the square thar are desighned on the slope site. And as you can see the most important part is the main path which is passe through the site.

This parking included 1100 carparks,where people who come to this site by car from Hemmat high way can go down through the road with %15 sople to this undergound parking.this was the idea for hiding this amount of cars and keep the site uncrowded and calm.

LIBRARY

This project subject is designing a local library which includs a Multi porpose saloone, a rstuarant, some classes for children and teenagers on it’s ground floor and the library is on the second floor.
