6. Shade with a 6B pencil. Use a full range of values.7. Shade the skin around each feature.
8. Use details/be neat.
9. Glue/tape the photos next to your drawings.

shadows.
Mapping² A shading technique in which artists
draw shapes to represent areas of light anddark values and create the illusion of 3dimensions.

pencil and a paper towel.
