POSSIBLE LOCATIONS FOR FILMING

Location 1

Location 1 was our initial idea of where to film because the derelict train station gave an automatic feeling of isolation and danger. This would have reflect the genre of our horror film, but also fitted in with the typical conventions of our chosen genre.

This location however posed a threat to our production plans as the area is not accessible any more to the public so our arrangement had to be changed.

Location 2

Location two was a last minute idea our group came up with. This location is very isolated, through a sort of forest and the old abandoned structure gives a definite feel of neglect and isolation.

This again fits in with the conventions of our production, it is easily accessible and is definitely our chosen location.

The area is also well built up, this accentuates the secluded area and makes it feel much more deserted and less safe as no one can see or hear.
