(1 snack cup per serving)

INGREDIENTS:• 3 cups POST SELECTS GREAT GRAINS - RAISINS, DATES & PECANS WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL • 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk• 1 tsp. vanilla

DIRECTIONS:PREHEPREHEAT oven to 325ºF. Line 24 (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper liners; spray with cooking spray.

MIX all ingredients until well blended. Spoon evenly intoprepared cups.

BAKE 15 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

MAKES 2 dozen.
