HAULM TOPPER

UP-AND-OVER ELEVATOR

SIEVING WEBS

UNLOADING BELT

• Fully automatic hopper discharge programme, prevents product rolling at the transition between bottom web and discharge conveyor. The programme works when product is discharged while stationary or while driving • Practical width for easy filling of tippers or containers (including during harvesting) • Discharge conveyor with swan neck for minimum drop from the end of the conveyor belt into the tipper or container • Special belt construction with large layer thickness across the hopper discharge conveyor makes fast discharging possible (a must for discharging when stationary) • Belt speed control on joystick

HARVEST CHANNEL

The plastic shear-set, in combi-nation with the large diameter driven discs, guarantee prob-lem-free uptake. The harvest channel is free of obstacles and does not become narrower. The sieving surface is unparalleled, so that the soil is separated from the product flow in all conditions. The clever design prevents blockages.

HOPPER

The transport capacity is used more efficiently by the 14-tonne hopper. A 3-axle agricultural tipper can be filled by two hoppers, saving the need for a combination. A laser sensor at the top of the hopper filling belt controls the automatic hopper filling with minimum drop height. The speed controls of the hopper floor conveyor and the discharge conveyor are synchronised, which prevents the product from rolling back.

UP-AND-OVER ELEVATOR

The unique design of the up-and-over elevator combines capacity with product-friendly handling. The elevator chain runs slowly because of the high capacity of each transport bag. The double toothed belts with unequal running speed create a unique concept for filling and discharging the transport bags. The product is ‘laid down’ on the next conveyor belt.

RELIABILITY

All the drives are fitted on the outside of the chassis as much as possible, which makes for easy maintenance. The use of standard components means that parts are easy to obtain. Servicing is coordinated directly from the factory.

The AR-4BX has a favourable distribution of weight, so that harvesting is possible in all weather conditions.

SIMPLE OPERATION AND COMFORT

The operator enjoys every comfort in the spacious and luxurious Claas Vista 2 driving cab. Operation is simple and within reach. An extensive camera system and the pilot screen provide an overview of the essential information at a single glance. A number of preset values can also be entered, allowing the operator to switch between them with one press of a button if conditions so require.

The driving cab has a road and field position, so the operator has a perfect view at all times.
