Cooling system for power station mainly composed with closed type circulation system and half-open type cooling circulation system

Half-open type cooling circulation systemHalf-open type cooling circulation system Half-open type cooling circulation system is applicable for the stationary power plant in tropical regions with abundant water resource , good cooling water quality. There adopts heat-exchanger on gensets, and the power station should also equipped with cooling water pump, cooling tower, cooling water basin and etc.

Cooling system

Cooling system for power station are mainly composed of closed circulation cooling system and half-open circulation cooling system

Closed circulation cooling system mainly composed with Closed circulation cooling system mainly composed with integrated close cooling system and split-body close cooling integrated close cooling system and split-body close cooling systemsystemGensets are applied with cooling fans and upgraded radiator or split-body type radiator. This kind of cooling mode is applicable for the site which lack of cooling water, poor cooling water quality and canopy type power generating project

Power distribution system

Basic structure : low voltage system(which including outgoing cabinet ,distribution cabinet),set-up transformer, high voltage system(outgoing switch, PT switch, comprehensive protecting system, direct current system, distribution cabinet for power station and etc, which could applied for multi distribution mode, such as island mode , parallel operation for two units or more.

Central monitoring system

Main composition: engine parameters collecting applicants , electric parameters

collecting applicants, impute harness for auxiliary system, visible supervision system,

Signal processing system ,PC system, background supervision system, type writer, UPS

power source, wireless signal transmission and etc. Central supervision system has the

remote control and communication functions between one power station to another, to

take notes automatically for station operating condition and also transmitted the

reaction to control room automatically.

Definition of distributed

energy system Compared with the traditional power

supply system, theory of distributed energy

system is based on the heat and electricity

co-generation; heat, electricity and coolant co-

generation , together to supply electricity

power in a small scale, these power sources of

distributes energy system was located in

industrial zones, community, schools,

hospitals, hotels and supermarkets, also

gensets quantity required is not in large

quantity (from1MW to 50MW) it supply heat

power and cooling in a modulated and

distributed way, these power source finally

transmitted to customer load.

Generally speaking, power sources for

distributed power system are environmental

friendly, clean energy is adopted; such as

natural gas, biogas , coal-bed gas and etc.

Distributed power system usually get

electricity from the local grid power, for new

project, it could also use an isolated D/C panel

as power source , also, it could get energy

from the power it generated it-self.
