AEROSOL SPRAY12 oz Glass beads are manufactured to receive and

project light rays permitting a beam of light to be returned to its source with immense clarity. The micro glass bead elements are imbedded in a pigmented binder which secures the bead to the painted surface. The aluminized encapsulated spheres provide an effective optical reflex system which is highly visible at night. Glass spheres resist ultra violet rays and are impervious to static buildup.

Sphere Brite Night vision reflective spray can be applied on any surface to create a bright reflective finish. Sphere Brite’s aluminized micro glass spheres resist ultra violet rays and outside aggressions providing long term reflective characteristics. How does it work? Reflective INKSPHERE-BRITE®

DESCRIPTION Sphere-Brite® SBT-7 is our unique single package formula for textile & apparel printing. When properly cured on woven cotton or nylon fabric it maintains over 60% of its original reflectivity after 50 AATCC home laundry cycles. The ink is easy to use and has a shelf life of over 12 months while pro-ducing excellent and consistent print quality. SBT-7 Latex Textile Screen Printing Ink is pigmented solely US Reflector #1945 retroreflective micro spheres. Stabilizers and other additives are selected for clarity and wash fastness; contains no fillers. SBT-7 prints well on woven or knit cotton, poly/cotton, polyester and other porous fabrics (nylon, urethane, polyolefins), or Lycra/Spandex. Please consult a US Reflector representative for alternative ink recommendations.

CHARACTERISTICS

APPLICATION When applied as directed, the dry film will reflect point source light back to the source as brilliant white. This reflec-tivity is uniform, regardless of the angle of combined light source and viewing. The product may be tinted, using low amounts (<2%) of transparent pigment concentrates. At-tractive muted shades of red, orange, brown, green, blue, purple and charcoal gray may be obtained. Please consult a US Reflector representative for technical assistance on suitable colorants.

CHARACTERISTICS

Sphere-Brite® 6000 Series are fast drying, single-package water-thinned latex coating. Available in a variety of colors SB 6000 produces a retro-reflective matte finish for night visibility.

Sphere-Brite® 6000 can be applied to a wide variety of substrates including but not limited to: • Bare galvanized steel • Properly prepared and primed mild steel and aluminum • Previously painted metals • Bare concrete that is clean and aged at least 3 months • Asphalt pavement • Primed wood • Plastics When increased night time visibility is required, Sphere-Brite® 6000 Series reflective street paint may be applied over virtually any clean, contaminant-free solid surface. INSTALLATION SignGrabber 1 and 2Put bolt through top hole in sign, through SignGrabber, attach nut, and leave loose.

Line up bottom sign hole with available hole in SignGrabber.

Turn SignGrabber as necessary to line up. Put bolt in either long or short slot (single slot on SignGrabber 1) and attach and tighten both nuts.

The SignGrabber P has been designed for mounting signs to formed metal poles with regular spaced holes (u-channel and square sign posts). Used with one-way bolts they act as a non-removable nut, thus adding tamper resistance to the installation. The cast alloy used will not rust.
