    Drivers work 12 hour shifts, rotating day and nights. Drivers are paid extra forworking nights and weekends. Our schedules consist of:

    5 - 1 is 5 days on, 1 day off for 4 weeks, then 7 days off. On this schedule, theprimary objective is to ensure at least 21 days are worked in a month. You are notrequired to take 7 days off however, days off will not accumulate.

    5 - 2/5 - 3 you work 5 days on 2 days off, 5 days on 3 days off. This schedulerotates between 2 and 3 days off.

    All shifts are 70 hours a week. We dual use our equipment so shifts typically start at6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.

    FOR OUR NEW DRIVERS

    $ 1500 sign on bonus. $500 paid after first week--$1000 paid at 90days.

    Drivers can expect to make $70,000-$90,000 their 1st year 1st Quarter 2013 average driver made $85,000 (annualized

    before bonus) After 6 months of employment, drivers become eligible for a Performance Bonus. This

    too is a percentage of what the truck grosses, but can go as high as $16,000 per year.

    If an employee prefers to work strictly nights, the annual return for night pay can be asmuch as $17,000.
