OQLHLiner Hanger Packer Combo
The OQLH Packer is retrievable, with a sleeve-type packing element. It isused at the bottom liner hanger and packer, or as a tension packer.
The OQLH Packer is set by weight and is available with or without hold-downs.

Quartus Liberty Liner Hangers have the ability to be rotatedand/or reciprocated to bottom of well without fear ofpremature setting of the hanger slips due to enclosed &protective pockets which cover the slips till their roots and theslip wickers do not touch the surface directly.
In other words, the design features a completely enclosedpiston, setting sleeve and slip spring arrangement thatprevents debris from setting in and around them, preventing apossible hanger failure.
The Quartus Liberty Liner Hangers are available in both singleand dual-cone version, the single-cone design allows formaximum bypass for circulating while maintaining the abilityto hang short to medium length liners. The dual-cone designprovides even greater bypass area and is capable of hangingmedium to long liners.
The Quartus Liberty Liner Hangers are hydraulic set type.

Quartus MSL Mechanical Set Liner HangersSingle & Dual Cone Versions
Quartus MSL Liner Hangers are used to suspend cementedand un-cemented liners off bottom.
Due to their heavy-duty construction, they are capable ofsuccessfully suspending very long and heavy liners off bottom.
The Quartus MSL mechanical-set liner hanger is available witha one-piece integral barrel for maximum pressure integrity. Adual-cone version with dual set of slips alignment is alsoavailable for extra bypass and additional hanging capacity.
Due to the added bypass area, pressure build-up is reducedduring run-in and cementing, which reduces the chances ofdamage to pressure- sensitive formations.
Quartus MSL Liner Hangers are SET by picking up on the linerand rotating to disengage the J-Slot from its running-inposition. As the liner is lowered, leaf springs holds the controlbody stationary.
This action allows the barrel (mandrel) to move downwardengaging the cone against the slips and further moving slipsoutward against the casing wall.
Quartus MSL Liner Hangers are available in either left or right-hand-rotation set models.

The setting mechanism of Quartus QHH Liner Hangers arepressure-activated (hydraulic set).
Setting is achieved after a ball is seated on the Landing Collar.The pressure shears the pins in the setting piston whichpushes the slips up and around the cone. Additional pressureshears the pins in the landing collar, releasing the ball andseat so that circulation can be restored.
Integral barrel design. The one-piece construction minimizesleaks, while providing maximum pressure and torqueperformance.
The Quartus QHH Liner Hangers cannot be set prematurelywhen entering tighter internal diameters due to the powerfulsteel spring which prevents premature settings even when runthrough doglegs and debris.
The Quartus QHH Liner Hangers is pressure-activated;(hydraulic set type) hence, it requires no rotation to be set.The shear pinned setting piston prevents the liner hangerfrom being set prematurely by surge pressure.
The Quartus QHH Liner Hangers can be washed down(circulated), and reciprocated for conditioning the hole priorto setting the hanger with no fear of premature setting.
