• Note that your existing and approved preferred name is shown under the “Shopping Bag” button.

• Click on the “Allotment Summary” tab to see a detailed list of your remaining allotment by garment type, frequency and payment details.

• Click on a garment link to zoom in on the image and view product details. From this same screen, you can select and confirm size and click the “add” button to add products to your shopping bag.

• Click the “back” button to return to your entitlement summary, or simply click outside of the frame to exit the product windows.

• When you are ready to process your order, review your selections by clicking on the “Shopping Bag” button.

• Your remaining uniform entitlement will adjust as you add to the shopping bag.

• Another way to view or order the uniform garments or items you are entitled to is through the “Browse Garments” tab.

• View and filter products by using the category links or, click directly on the images to zoom in on the image and view product details.

• Follow the same process as outlined in the Allotment Summary view, to add products to your shopping bag.

• You may return to the allotment summary view by clicking on either the “Allotment Summary” or “View Summary” links at any point of your session.

• Specialty garments are sometimes needed in order to support our standard Uniform Program. Specialty Garments are defined as Allergy, Maternity and Modesty Apparel.

• Should you require Specialty Garments, please contact your branch administrator or Unisync’s Customer Service Team at [email protected] or 1-833-322-9327 before placing your order.

• You will be notified once your profile is updated and be able to view the items under “Browse Garments” or “Allotment Summary”. The Specialty Garments are clearly identified in red.

• Note that Made-to-Measure items require a visit to one of the Boutiques for a detailed fitting session or your own tailor. To inquire about the Made-to-Measure process, please contact Unisync’sCustomer Service Team at [email protected] or 1-833-322-9327

Start by clicking on the red Shopping Bag button.

Review cart content, payment rules and shipping information carefully!

Click the “Update” button if you make any changes to quantities, or if you choose to remove items.

Click the “Shop More” button at any point to return to previous pages, or simply click outside of the frame to exit the shopping bag window.

NOTE:Unprocessed shopping bags will be saved for 21 days unless a workgroup change occurs.

Remember to select from the “Ship to” drop down where you would like for your uniform to be delivered. You will be prompted to select your home address, your alternate address or any of the 3 boutique locations.

Once you click the “Accept Order” button, your order will be finalized.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• You have now completed your purchase and will receive an email at the email address indicated in your profile to inform you when your order is expedited.

• Each item purchased is outlined with details on the portion that is employee paid, shipping charges if applicable, taxes and total purchase amount.

• You can view the status of your order at all time by clicking on the “My Orders” tab.

• Should you notice an error while reviewing your order confirmation, please contact Unisync’s Customer Service Team immediately at 1-833-322-9327.

• Once you have familiarized yourself with the Return Instructions policy, you can proceed with your return by clicking on the “Return Request” tab.

• Select the order in which you wish to process a return. Only orders in a returnable order status will be available.

• Identify the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity to return for each item accordingly.

• Select a reason for your return and enter additional comments as required.

• Please check your return request carefully. Once you click the “Request Return” button, your request will be submitted.

• Once you have submitted a return, you will be provided with a unique RMA number. Please record this number, as you will need to indicate it on the Return Shipping label as well as mark clearly on the box or bag when you ship back the order.

• Your entitlement will be credited and replenished accordingly once the goods have been inspected and approved by the Unisync Returns Department.

• Please note: If the return is processed on-site at one of the Unisync Boutiques, the credit and/or replenishment of your account will be adjusted immediately so that you may place your replacement order right away.

• The Boutique provides employees with the opportunity to purchase additional uniform components over and above the yearly entitlement provided by the company.

• Click on the Boutique button which will direct you to a separate purchasing site. You will be prompted with a disclaimer message which requires an acknowledgment.

• All orders placed in the Boutique are 100% employee paid for by personal credit card. Employees may not use any free shipping credits towards these purchases. Boutique orders are final sale and non-returnable.

• Process for ordering is the same as per the regular Apparel Store.

• Note that Apparel Store purchases and Boutique purchases will be processed as separate transactions.

SCHEDULER

• When planning a visit to one of the 3 Unisync Boutiques, an appointment is recommended to ensure that someone is readily available to help you upon your arrival.

• Appointments can be made for picking up or returning orders and for trying on garments to better identify your size.

• To schedule an appointment, click on the “Book Your Boutique Appointment” button.

• You will need to re-enter your credentials in order to access the scheduler.

• Select your preferred Boutique location and your day and time.
