• Go to the website: myapps.microsoft.com.

• Type your [email protected] address.

• Click Next.

Security Questions cannot be used

as main method for multi-factor

authentication. However, it can be used

to reset password in MFA.

If you don’t have an active phone, you

can use a tablet or smart phone, using

the Authenticator app via Wi-Fi

1. To get the app, on your mobile device, install the Microsoft Authenticator app (Android or Mac, depending on your device). Then, click Next.

3. Use the app to scan the QR code. Then, click Next.

4. Approve the authentication that is being sent to your app. Then, click Next.

5. Click Done.

1. On the first screen, type your user: [email protected]. Then, click Next.

3. Click any of the buttons No/Yes.

4. Click verify now.

5. These options are based on your personal preferences.To keep your account secure, you need to set up the security info (Phone method is the easiest or Authenticator app). Click on the Set up button.

1. Click on Set up your Phone.

3. To validate, you are receiving a code in your mobile that you will enter here and then, clickDone.

4. This is how the code is sent to your mobile e.g. 999999 Use this code for Microsoft verification.

5. Now both are properly set up.Click Done.

Changing your Multi-Factor Authentication method

• Go to the website myapps.microsoft.com. • Type your login credentials.• You will re-directed to the TTEC's sign in page.• Sign in with your organization account (i.e. [email protected]).• Click on your name (Top right corner)• Click on the Profile button.• Click on the Edit security info option.• Go through your current default Multi Factor Authentication process.• Click on the Change default option.• Select the method you'd like to set as default.• Click on the Done button..
