In an effort to address these issues fairly and affordably SpotON3D™ offers a free community driven inworld Mediation Panel comprised of up to five users from the grid’s population selected at random. They are responsible for hearing and offering solutions to the dispute in question, with the community as witnesses and a SpotON3D grid management overseeing the proceedings.

If the parties is not satisfied with the decisions made have the option to turn the dispute over to a real world judge. His or Her decision is recognized in most foreign countries as well as the United States and is set at a modest fee most any small business can afford - $100-$300 USD. In this way justice can be afforded for all.

FREE FOREVER accounts limit the new registrants activities to chat, travel on the General Population grid and shopping, unless they upgrade to a paid membership for a mere $1.99 a month. By using PayPal as the payment mechanism, SpotON3D is able to provide a much more reliable and less invasive means to verify users, as these are linked to real world banking institutions and ID’s. While this primarily protects minors, it also acts as a serious buffer against those who would grief the grid.
