• Partner Program Enrollment (PPE)
An integrated enrollment tool that displays all partner programs available for enrollment, based on eligibility.
• Partner Program Intelligence (PPI)
A reporting tool that enables viewing and management of performance across programs in which the partner participates.
• Global EasyPay (GEP)
Contains scheduled and completed payments information at a summary and detailed level across the various programs in which the partner participates.

The Cisco Partner Program
Enrollment (PPE) tool allows you to
enroll in and track multiple incentive
programs in a single consolidated
tool.
From the homepage, you can
access the following:
1. Eligible Programs – lists eligible
programs based on preliminary
criteria. This is the default tab
2. Potential Programs – lists
programs you are not eligible to
enroll in. This information is
provided so you can review
credentials against the program
criteria
3. Enrollment Dashboard allows to
view all programs that have been
applied to and the status of each
program application
4. Change the language in which
the tool presents data
Applications must be submitted,
however, in English
5. Designate a proxy for a specific
time period
6. Navigate to other areas of
partner interest such as CSApp and CCW

The Potential Programs Tab displays
all the programs available for which
you don’t meet the eligibility criteria.
This information is provided so you
can review your credentials against
the program criteria.
You will see programs grouped by
behavior. EG: Hunting, Profitability,
Promotions.

PPE simplifies data entry by pre populating company information based on the user’s CCO ID, while allowing you to enter different contact information for the organization.

It is important to agree to the outlined terms in order to complete the enrollment process so you can reap the benefits of the program. Scroll down the page and read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to accepting. Link below the document also give the ability to quickly download and review all associated documentation

Review the enrollment request details. The Edit links make it easy to review and change information entered on previous tabs…no need to click the Back button in the browser

The partner administrator for Cisco tools must use their CCO ID and Password to access and perform the following tasks:

Partners may manage their access from “My Access” tab where they can view the list of tools they currently have access. In this page, they may also request additional access by clicking the “Request Additional Access” link.
The Partner Administrator may click on the “Company Access” tab and administer access to other employees of their company.

• For all support requests, we require a case to be opened at Customer Service Central
1. Go to My Cisco Workspace at www.cisco.com/go/mycisco (If this is your first time using Customer Service Central, you will need to add the module to your Workspace)
2. Click on "Open a case."
3. Select General Inquiries - Products, Services or Programs & Promotions Inquiries - choose Bookings Claims or Payment Eligibility or Enrollment appropriately.
4. Select Value Incentive Program (VIP) from Program/Promotion drop down box, describe the support request and attach file if applicable
5. Submit the case.
