About us
YAKUZA is the new age electric vehicle in the category of two wheelers
developed and produced in India by Maa Luxmi E-Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. We are a
fast evolving and expanding start up based in Sirsa, Haryana formed by
veterans from the automobile industries. Our assembly line to produce the
electric two wheelers is situated in Sirsa, Haryana, and it is capable of rolling
out 200+ vehicles per day.
Presently we have Electric scooters in our steadily expanding portfolio to
cover a diverse range of users from college/tuition going children's , the
gentlemen and ladies running home errands, to men and women
commuting to work to the requirements of a high-speed trendy,
fashionable E-bike. We aim to provide technology to every range of vehicle
user and to fit with every budget.
Under the umbrella of Maa Luxmi E-Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. YAKUZA is having its
own chief engineering and design house of the Electric Bikes. which holds
an ICAT (International Centre for automotive technology) certification and
homologation under its name. Further, Maa Luxmi E-Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. will
also produce other battery operated products i:g Drone (for home
deliveries, defence, agriculture etc.), buses and Budget friendly four
wheelers according to the requirements of the various sectors. As we
support green energy and we are going to build India's first green factory
which will be completely a new and unique example of Green India. Keeping
in mind to change each and every ICE by battery operated products. Also we
had a dream to give a car to every house of India in a economic range.
First time in India we are launching a program “SHUDH BHARAT” by which
anyone can be a part to reduce the amount of waste, conserves natural
resources, increases economic security, prevent pollution and contribute to
save our Planet.
About us
We aim to partner this phase of transport evolution in India
from the conceptual stage, and be the leaders of this change
management. India, being the home to a large population of
two-wheeler operators is placed at the most appropriate
platform to set an example to the entire world by the speed
and ease of adaptation to a
NEW AGE, ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY.
We have designed our product to suit the Indian road
conditions, and tested them through more than 500 users
before making an initial offer to any customer in January 2020.
Our products are designed with ATS (advance testing system)
Japanese technology which is known as the most advance and
reliable technology used in over 150 countries around the
world for more than 10 years; tested and approved by ICAT and
all other applicable Indian government agencies. Our aim is
not only to introduce a new product, or technology, but also to
extend a complete service support throughout the country,
train the users to help them achieve maximum benefit from the
evolving roadmap in the country and assist all national
stakeholders in change management.
Maa Luxmi E-Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. takes pride in providing the
charging infrastructure, i.e., Battery charging stations, solar
panels, recycle plant (our upcoming projects).

are sold in India Govt. of India has banned sales of two-
wheelers below 200cc from march 2025 as per Govt. of India
data India will save 17,000 crore by selling electric vehicles by
2025. By 2030, India aspires to achieve100% Electric Vehicles
sales.

space for the showroom.
Workshop
Some customers can be extremely
picky when it comes to their
vehicle. The requirement for the
service space is minimum 150Sq
Ft only. Note: it is not mandatory
for dealer to make a workshop.

Therefore, working capital management is a process of managing short-term assets and liabilities. It makes sure that a
firm has sufficient liquidity to run its operations smoothly.
First Order
Our goal, of course, is to save money. A well-executed bulk purchase of the items can save you a lot of money. One of the
first rules of saving money is to buy big. Larger quantities equal less pack transport and less waste, which means spending
less money, Purchasing of first orders is an important process control tool with many benefits relevant to business.
Workshop Setup
Some customers can be extremely picky when it comes to their vehicles. They often pay large sums of money for their
services, maintenance and modification, which gives them the right to be discerning. Making vehicle owners feel at ease
is part of the job of an dealer by making a excellent workshop. YAKUZA is helping in making of the workshop. Once the
services get started the setup can be provided.
Network Development
Dealer must develop their respective territory by their own:
Ÿ The dealer to provide all the service and parts support to the sub-dealer.
Ÿ The dealer needs to take approval from the company before appointing the sub-dealers.
Ÿ The sub-dealers would be marked in the company website for the marketing support.
Ÿ The training to the sales and service staff of the sub-dealer could be provided by the company officers at the
dealership or at the YAKUZA HQ.
Test Ride / Demo Vehicle
Demonstration vehicle is very important for any dealership to give test ride for the customers. 2 scooters would be given
at 50/50 (Company: Dealership) on MRP contribution as test ride vehicles. (T&C Apply)
DMS (Dealer management system)
A DMS is a suite of bundled software that dealers use to manage day-to-day operations and record keeping in the
following areas: sales, inventory (from one or more locations), money (cash, finance, wholesale, buy here-pay here, etc.),
vehicle pricing, warranty claims, administration, sales tracking, parts ordering, and creating and managing a CRM
database including credit reports and printing paperwork.

In extra and unique facility YAKUZA is providing credit facility for the dealers. A credit facility is a type of loan made in a
business It allows the borrowing of products for business to take out money over an extended period of time and also it is
a surety against warranty to the dealers.
TRAINING
Ÿ Provide training to our New Business Partners for Business Operations, Network Expansion, Products and Business
Processes, as well as DMS portal training.
Ÿ Training is important for the employees to acquire new skills, sharpen existing ones, and to increase productivity.
Hence training to Sales staff for Product Selling Skills, training for Customer Interactions will be done by us.
Ÿ Mechanics must master the machines they work on. Training and Practical Knowledge to mechanics and engineers to
diagnose and repair everything will be organised time by time.

Ÿ Salesman : Salesman will get 3000rs/month from YAKUZA and 200rs/Vehicle as incentive.
Ÿ Customers : As according to our customer loyalty program our proud customers will get a sure gifts on selling the
EV’s in their links.
Ÿ LMP : Local Mechanic Points-according to the active local mechanics of the area will get 700rs cash incentive
from YAKUZA on the selling of EV from their references directly to their accounts.
MARKETING & ADVERTISING
Ÿ A well-advertised product is easier to be sold by the salesman in the market. Sharing continuous social media
promotion to our partners to attract more customers.
Ÿ Marketing may involve sales, advertising, and the strategies adopted by marketing terms to promote our products.
We will support our dealers for Advertising and PR support to highlight the Showroom in nearby circles.
Ÿ According to the needs of the individual state or area Joint promotional activities in the region will be supported by
YAKUZA and the dealer for the respective area.
Ÿ Marketing Kit – It would be provided with the first load of vehicle. It would include various items like Canopy, Branding
Material, Leaflets & brochures for promotional activities.
SERVICECREDIT
Ÿ In extra and unique facility YAKUZA is providing Credit Facility also for the dealers.
Ÿ Structuring the right incentive scheme for the dealers, by which YAKUZA can drive existing deals forward and bring
new ones into the pipe.
Ÿ Never miss an opportunity to cross and up-sell. Keeping in mind from our credentials YAKUZA will help you to focus
on your existing customers for better service, which will help dealers to create new customer inquires.
Ÿ Like in the previous note we had mentioned YAKUZA is starting by electric vehicles. In future we are going to introduce
more products in industries and home appliances, our dealers will get a wide range for selling's.
Ÿ DMS (dealer management system) will be provided free of cost for our dealers Which will help dealers in ordering fast,
maintaining customers details, service details, account maintenance, stock findings and lots more.
