(A) Consumer Behaviour :-
Consumer behaviour is the study of when, why, how, and where people do or do not buy a product.
It studies characteristics of individual consumers such as demographics and behavioural variables in an attempt to understand people's wants.
(B) What is stock market ??
A stock market or equity market is a public, (a loose network of economic transactions, not a physical facility or discrete entity) for the trading of company stock (share) and derivatives at an agreed price; these are securities listed on a stock exchange as well as those only traded privately.
What is Stock Exchange…?? A stock exchange is an entity that provides "trading"
facilities for stock brokers and traders, to trade stocks, bonds, and other securities. Stock exchanges also provide facilities for issue and redemption of securities and other financial instruments. Securities traded on a stock exchange include “shares” issued by companies, unit trusts and derivatives.

Method of Data Collection While deciding about the method of data collection to be used for the study the researcher should keep to types of data.
1.Primary Data:- Primary data is the data which is collected by the researcher directly from his own observations and experiences. For example, if the researcher conducts a survey for the collected of data then it is known as primary data.

Commitment should be equalized for every person.Provide the facility of free demonstrations for all.Improvement in the opening of De-mat & contract notice procedure is required.There should be a limited number of clients under the relationship manger. So that he can handle new as well as old customer properly.Some promotional activities are required for the awareness of the customer.People at young age should be encouraged to invest in stock market.Seminars should be held for providing information to prospective and present customers.
Limitation of the study As only Delhi/NCR dealt in survey so it does not represent the view of the total Indian market.
Size of the research may not be substantial.
There was lack of time on the part of respondents.
The survey was carried through questionnaire and the questions were based on perception.
There may be biasness in information by market participant.
Complete data was not available due to company privacy and secrecy.

For open the Demat account we used the data information and by the tele calling introduced to the client. Then we related some clients which were interested in our company for opening the Demat account .There clients are as follow
Company give me target of ten accounts. Company give guidelines to me there should three lakh rupees in ten account. I opened seven account and deposit 3,60000 Rs.in company
For example:-Sukhivender from rohtak(HR) Sukhivender Singh, my first client from Rohtak. I called him ten days after my training in Indiabulls security. According to the process I called him on telephone & told him about the company, its policies & services, he showed interest for the investment in the company then I fixed a meeting & gave him all the information about PIB after which he decided to open a Demat account and invested 30,000 INR in share market through me & my guidance.

Conclusion
On the basis of the study it is found that stock market is more profitable than the other investment because of their timely research and personalized advice on what stocks to buy and sell by the wealth management companies as well as relationship manager facility for encouragement and protect the interest of the investors. It also provides the information through the internet and mobile alerts that what IPO’s are coming in the market and it also provides its research on the future prospect of the IPO.
