WHAT IS XBOX ONE ?

XBOX ONE is a video game console

by Microsoft It’s one of the latest generation video consoles in the market

The biggest and main rival is Playstation 4, by Sony

THE PROJECT

XBOX ONE INTRODUCTION ORGANIZATION An XBOX ONE CUP in 6 Izmir Universities

2 Games will be played – FORZA 5 & KINECT RIVALS

Players in 1st place will win an XBOX ONE

XBOX ONE will be introduced by an exciting experience

The event will be held on a portable show truck

Introducing XBOX ONE to the aimed user profile in University festivals in

İzmir

AIMS Attracting new customers and increasing sales of the product

Introducing new Xbox experience

Introducing XBOX Exclusive games to gamers

Making contacts with possible customers

Advertising the XBOX ONE Launch in Turkey & informing about the launch date and

possible stores to buy the XBOX ONE

CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM

Creating a Stand Design according to the product that will be introduced

Contacting Microsoft for provision

Arrangement of stand space at festival area

Providing Materials,tools and manpower for construction

Managing utility needs (electricity etc.)

Getting contact infos of participants

Cleaning up

Preparing for event days

Transportation to locations

MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT

Manpower is needed nearly at all stages of construction

Construction before every event day is needed every morning

Deconstruction and transportation will be done after every event day

Technical stuff will look after problems and technical faults

A presentator will introduce the event & and will gather people

Hostesses will help players and get contact informations for the possible prize

and future advertisement opportunities while they experience and understand

the game
