UAP Doc. 301: GENERAL CONDITIONS OF A CONTRACT
It establishes the relationship between: Owner-Architect,
Owner-Contractor(s), and Contractor-Architect. It stipulates the
norms by which the contractor shall perform his work in accordance
with the current trends in the practice of Architecture.
