Compass offers two convenient in-home testing options

If you want the benefit of a live proctor, take advantage of our online proctored practice tests.

Compass’ video conferencing software allows our live proctors to time and monitor the test. All you need is a high-speed internet connection and a webcam or mobile device with a front-facing camera.

While students attend proctored testing sessions in a “virtual classroom,” they take the tests as they will on the day of the actual exam: with paper and pencil.

We schedule online proctored practice tests virtually every weekend. You can request a space by logging into your account at my.compassprep.com or calling our office.

This option allows you to take a practice test on your own schedule.

Find a quiet place to take your test and be sure to have your pencils and calculator ready.

• (Recommended) Go to COMPASSPREP.COM/TESTING-VIDEOS and scroll through our library of proctoring videos for regular and extended time.

• Use the timing guidelines on the back of this booklet––along with a stopwatch or timer––to pace yourself.

When you are finished, please log in to your account at my.compassprep.com to score your test. Your username and temporary pin is provided by your Program Director. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password and confirm your contact information.

Once you’re logged in, find and click on the green “Grade Practice Test” button located in the bottom left corner of the page and follow the instructions. The “Test Code,” or “Form Code,” is on the front of your testing booklet.

You can also take a clear photo of your answer sheet and email it to [email protected] for grading within two business days.

How to Get Your Results?Instructions for Self-Scoring

Once your practice test has been scored, you will be notified that your score report is ready for review.

Compass’ score reports offer a detailed analysis of your results.

Please email your director or call the office with any questions. Our directors look forward to guiding students and their families through the college admission testing process.
