We hereby take an opportunity to introduce ourselves as a Group of Institutes offering valuebased quality education with an aim of overall development of students personality. The Group

popularly known as Pratibha Group of Institutes has pioneered many events in PCMC area of

Pune with a motive to develop responsible citizens by enhancing experiential learning of the

students through active participation thereby inculcating social values in the young minds and

giving them an exposure of the professional work culture they dream to make careers in. One

such event is annually organized Pratibha Job Fair which brings glory to this Industrial city by

bringing together employers, experienced professionals and entry level as well as experienced

talented individuals under one roof.

Pratibha Job Fair is one of the most remarkable events that brings together organizations from

various sectors and industries including Banking &Finance, Manufacturing, IT, Engineering, ITES

etc.

The last three JOB Fairs had the privilege of having 100 plus renowned companies participating

every year which helped them to recruit suitable candidates from abundant pool of approximately

10000 to 15000 candidates every year.

Once again, we are coming up with our annual mega event Pratibha Job fair 2014 on Friday, 7th

and Saturday, 8th February 2014.

Taking an innovative step this year, we are inviting various associations to participate in Job Fair

2014. With an intent, that the associations will be having cumulative number of openings under

each sector. We kindly request you to send representative on behalf of your association who

would conduct the interview procedure for the whole association.

With great pleasure we invite you to participate as an association in this prestigious Mega Event

of Pratibha Group.

We believe, Pratibha job fair 2014 will offer employers with an excellent opportunity to deal with

their active as well as future staffing requirements by using modern recruitment methods. The fair

is focusing on providing a platform to recruit fresh blood which can be molded to suit companys

specific job requirements and the work culture thereby ensuring better retention of the

employees. An abundant pool to choose from, facilities to conduct face to face interviews and

aptitude tests at zero cost and an opportunity to close the process of selection by offering on spot

job letters are some of the benefits that participating associations can enjoy!!

The large number of employers who participate every year is a testimony to the effectiveness of
