TRANSCRIPT
Unity means
Agreement; uniformity; as unity of doctrine; unity of
worship in a church.
How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell
together in unity!
Unity – Greek word is –
Henotes (hei no tes) “God produced”
He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
Then God said, “Let us makemankind in our image, in ourlikeness, so that they mayrule over the fish in the sea andthe birds in the sky, over thelivestock and all the wildanimals, and over all thecreatures that move along theground.”
To achieve Unity , we have to achieve equal (like Angular)
One GoalOne DirectionOne PurposeOne Prayer
5 May the God who gives enduranceand encouragement give you thesame attitudeof mind toward eachother that Christ Jesus had,6 so that with one mind and onevoice you may glorify the God andFather of our Lord Christ.
7 Accept one another, then, justas Christ accepted you, in orderto bring praise to God.
• Four (4) prayers Paul prayed (So that) (Power/Active)
• Prayer that Paul prayed—very similar to one Jesus prayed!
• One of our spiritual enemy’s greatest strategies is to divide!
16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
20 …I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one…23 so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

4 Just as our bodies have manyparts and each part has a specialfunction,5 so it is with Christ’s body. Weare many parts of one body, andwe all belong to each other.
• Complimentary prayers – we need to compliment each other
• Corporate prayer –Generalized prayer
• Personal prayer – Specific prayer“When we commune we take its others hand”
Unity is not uniformity! We havestrength in our diversity!
with LOVE- DIVERSITY (external)
“Pray in Agreement.”“Compliment, communion, cooperatein our prayer, because we have oneand true God.”
We’re not like other churches—Some preachers won’t tell youthese:
• Arguing about which Bible version:• Every Nation in the earth, our God
created.• Some rich. Most poor. Every ethnic
group.
We’re not like other churches—Some preachers won’t tell youthese:
• Even they speak differentlanguages they worship one Savior!
• They claim we have one God butthe truth is, they don’t really knowwho is the true God.

7 Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.
• Accept one another• Open your arms to take that
person to yourself.• Taking someone by the hand and
walking together as companions.• We accept others as God accepted
us—While we were still sinners.
• Hopeless, He gave us hope. • Sinners, He gave us grace. • Lost—He gave us a way
thru Jesus Christ.
34-35
34 “A new command I give you: Love oneanother. As I have loved you, so youmust love one another.35 By this everyone will know that youare my disciples, if you love oneanother.”
“One way, the world will knowthat we are disciples of Jesus, ifwe love!”
• We need each other.• Because the world will see
God’s love.

• “There are some people whoare sick and tired of justhearing about love of Jesus”—they want to SEE it!
• It goes all with unity, inPRAYER….
