    Prayer Book: Daily Prayers

    The Sign of the Cross

In the name of the Father, and of the Son,

and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

The Apostles CreedI believe in God, the Father Almighty,

    Creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord.

He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit

and born of the Virgin Mary.

    He suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died, and was buried.

He descended to the dead.On the third day He rose again.

    He ascended into heaven and

is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,

the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body,

    and life everlasting. Amen.

    The Fatima Prayer

    O my Jesus,

    forgive us our sins.

Save us from the fires of hell.

Lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of Thy mercy.

    Hail Holy Queen (Salve Regina)

    Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy;

hail our life, our sweetness, and our hope.

    To thee do we cry,

    poor banished children of Eve.

To thee do we send up our sighs,

mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.

    Turn then, most gracious Advocate,

thy eyes of mercy toward us.

And after this our exile show unto us

the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

    Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,

that never was it known that anyone

who fled to thy protection, implored thy help,or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee,

    O Virgin of virgins, my mother;

    to thee do I come,

before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.

O Mother of the Word Incarnate,

    despise not my petitions,

but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

    Amen.

    The Angelus

V: The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary,

R: And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

    Hail Mary . . .

V: Behold the handmaid of the Lord,

R: Be it done unto me according to Thy word

    Hail Mary . . .

V: And the Word was made Flesh,

    R: And dwelt among us.Hail Mary . . .

V: Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God,

R: That we may be made worthy of the prom

    of Christ.

    Let us pray:

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord,

    Thy grace into our hearts;

that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ,

Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angelmay by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of H

Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.
