II. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prequalification documents can be downloaded from The Nairobi Hospital website www.thenairobihosp.org
2. A non-refundable fee of Kshs 5,000.00 per sub- category is payable via Lipa na M-PESA through Pay Bill No. 998151, Account No. Company Name at the Main Hospital ADT Cashier’s desk.
3. The original receipt showing proof of payment should be attached to the prequalification documents at the point of submission.
Full completed prequalification documents and related scanned copies marked with the Category Number Reference e.g. TNH/PQ/169/2021/23 can be sent to hospital email addresses; [email protected] on or before 31st May, 2021.

III. IMPORTANT NOTES TO SUPPLIERS
a) The purpose of this document is to assist TNH in the identification & evaluation of potential suppliers who may subsequently be invited to tender.
b) In order to simplify this process, you need to provide certified copies of all supporting documents requested under the questionnaire, for example, audited accounts/financial statements, registration & compliance certificates, statements & policies, etc.
