Before any work is started, the project manager will do a walk through with you to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the scope of the work to be done. When the job is complete, the project manager will conduct a final walk through with you to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The balance is not paid until the job is approved to meet the standards of the contract.

They must be licensed and fully insured with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance, have workers compensation and property damage insurance, have a minimum of 10 full time employees and must submit specifications on all materials to be used.
We require an official estimate from the company or contractor that outlines the specific work that they will provide along with a list of the specific materials that they will use. We can not honor any verbalized agreements.
Offer must be bona fide, in writing and reveal all costs.
The terms and conditions of the Price Protection Plan are subject to change without notice and for any reason.
