History

Kindergarten "Gianni Rodari" was established in

1972.

There are 6 groups of children at age from 1 to 7

years. There is also 1 toddlers group. The total

number of children is 154.

The kindergarten works under the international

program "Step by Step since 1999.

The patron Janni Rodari

Janni Rodariis an Italian writer for children.

He was born on 23 of October 1920 in the

town of Omena (nowadaysNovara).

He has died on 14 of April 1980.

PROJECTS

The kindergarten works on projectsunder the Educational program of the

European Union.

In September 2001 Kindergarten "Gianni

Rodari" started a project "Europe

through the eyes of the children",

partnering with Italy, Greece and FYR of

Macedonia.

In 2003 the kindergarten was approved

for a new educational project "Looking

at the children playing" under the"Socrates - Comenius" Program.

Partners under this project are Spanish,

Belgian and French schools..

In 2005 with association of The Ministry

of Labor and Social policy, German

foundation Kyorshen broih, National

Society of the Dentists implemented the

project Healthy and clean teeth.

Since 2006 - 2009 with partnership of

the kindergarten realize the Soccrates
