PREMIER Publishing
Social Media Campaign Guide This guide includes strategy, templates and research links along with relevant instructions, for Premier Staffing’s social media campaign.

Premier Publishing A social media solution
1
This plan proposes utilizing three social media platforms to accomplish its objectives. Facebook and Twitter will provide Premier Staffing with a presence in the industry’s most popular venues as of this date; a blog platform, such as Wordpress, will act as an importable archive and route to Premier’s website.
Each platform will be linked to the others via a social media content management system to enable Premier to schedule their posts and measure their impact. Profiles will be created (or more fully developed) on additional platforms - including Google+, Flickr and LinkedIn - to facilitate transfer of information and guarantee that if your target market finds you there, your company’s brand is represented.
2
Specialized content will be developed for each platform to capitalize on its strengths. Independent sources will be researched for editorial value and provided to Premier staff for its ongoing content development and management. Samples will be provided for the continuing development of content that encourages conversation with Premier’s target markets, as well as sharing among constituents.
Key staff at Premier Staffing will be trained on utilizing each facet of the campaign to ensure its ability to maintain the system internally. Additional support will be available to Premier on a reasonable basis agreed upon in advance.

Staff Bios
Meet Premier’s Professionals
1
Key staff identified by management will
complete a questionnaire and be
photographed for a series of posts covering
interview tips, job performance, and
marketability. Staff answers will be featured in
topic specific posts as well as general bio
pieces as Premier Professionals. Premier will
be provided with an editable PDF version of
the master ad and a smaller, static version that
can be used as a backup in the event the
larger file is compromised during the edit
process.
Topic specifics covered in the questionnaire
(which is housed on Jotform.com) include
interview tips, best advice, and most important
skills for job seekers.
Staff Bios should include answers to two
questions, unless the answers are very brief.
Each staff feature can be highlighted at least
twice by breaking up their answers into two
posts.
Staff photos are replaced as necessary with
the appropriate team member from the photo
archive on Premier’s Flickr account.
Answers have been collected from seven
staff members and responses are housed on
Jotform.com, and are included within this
guide for staff to edit, approve and publish as
needed.
An additional template entitled “Ask your
Premier Professional” is included to allow staff
to develop Q & A interaction with social media
audiences at Premier’s discretion.

+ Premier Interview tips Staff Advice for Applicants
1
“Clearly know what you want and what skills you have and be able to articulate them. Sell yourself, so the recruiter can sell you. “– Mary Segraves
“Remember that an interview is a conversation. Which means you must answer questions fully but also listen. Find a balance between speaking enough and speaking too much.” -- Leah Fahlenkamp
“Dress professionally for your interview, regardless of your background or experience. Dress better than the person across the desk and you'll usually be okay.” – Amy Langston
“My number one tip for an applicant that's going for an interview is to be confident. Do your research know what they are looking for and be that person they are looking for.” – Thomas Williams
2
“Be confident- but not arrogant. It's a fine line. Be interested in the company to which you are applying. People love to talk about where they work and what they do.” – Melissa Krebbs
“Be honest. Be friendly and respectful to everyone you meet. Show up on time, not too early and definitely don't be late.” – Dwight Segraves
“Be professional! The way you dress and the way you act definitely makes a first impression. Make a good one!” – Brandi Diaz

+ Editorial Schedule
Consistent publishing is key to
developing a social media
following, provided the
information is useful to the desired
audience. Premier’s editorial
budget includes information that is
useful to applicants, makes a
positive impression with client
companies and prospects, and will
also help Premier deliver more
attractive candidates to
employers. Editorial features
include: Get Motivated for
Monday (inspirational quotes);
Interview Tips; Best Advice for
Success; Meet Your Premier
Professional; and Make Your
Weekend Work For You
(weekend tutorial). Premier has a
month of posts prepared in
advance from which to begin,
however, staff has the ability to
update these existing templates
with new copy and photos. It is
advisable to maintain at least a
week of posts prepared in
advance to allow efficient
schedule using Hootsuite, a social
media content management tool.
Hootsuite allows Premier to
monitor posts, schedule them in
advance, and to reply directly to
all customer interaction
encountered on each platform.
Twitter is an excellent platform for connecting with upscale professionals, media, civic leaders and politicians. Every item that is posted to Premier’s FaceBook page will automatically be posted on its Twitter account. While Twitter restricts visible copy to 140 characters, extended posts will take readers to the original Facebook post. All posts that are used in the PNG or PDF format are displayed as pictures to the Twitter audience.
Creative and effective uses for staff would include thank you tweets for meetings and new business, congratulatory messages for clients and employees, as well as Tweets generated through Premier’s proprietary software. While ample exposure will be generated via the scheduled posts coordinated with Facebook, staff is encouraged to develop followers among professional associates and prospect businesses to expand these relationships. Once these connections have been secured, spend 30 minutes a week minimum, perusing your Twitter feed and interacting with your followers and those you follow. Retweet one of their posts, or even better, once you get a feel for the tone of their comments, engage them in conversation.
