Why TeakThe quick answer is that it’s the only serious choice for outdoor wood products. For centuries, teak has been prized by shipbuilders and

outdoor furniture makers alike due to its beauty in color and grain, strength, ability to withstand any weather, and for its resistance to

decay and insect damage. Teak oil, naturally occurring in teak, is highly resistant to attack by mold, fungi, wood rot and insects. Teak also

contains high silica content, which allows it to weather the elements. Teak wood will last a good 75 to 100 years virtually unaffected if left

unprotected outdoors, and is the only wood that can make this claim. As a woodworking material, Teak’s grain pattern and patina make it

one of the world’s most beautiful hardwoods and considered by woodworkers to be of the highest quality. Teak is renowned for its tensile

strength and straight grain which resist warping and shrinkage, making it one of the few hardwoods strong and stable enough for solid wood

doors and cabinet fabrication. When it

comes to color, teak wood is famous for it’s

natural, honey-gold tone which is commonly

enhanced with oil and sealers. However,

since teak ages so beautifully, many prefer

the rich silver-grey patina of fi ne, naturally

aged teak.

something besides the obvious beauty of the wood appeals

to you. As opposed to randomly sized stainless steel boxes

scattered around the grill island, our cabinetry shares

uniform sizing for the clean, coordinated look of a custom

kitchen. As with any professional kitchen design, you decide

which cabinets you want, then you choose the door and

drawer styles for your own custom look. But the choices

don’t stop there: We also offer a variety of convenient

accessories to maximize the function of your custom outdoor

room. And since our cabinets are 100% solid wood, you

also have the option of staining them to match any natural

materials or decor, and fi nish them off with your choice

of cabinet hardware. Finally, Pacifi c Teak Millworks doors

and drawers are easily removable and interchangeable,

using the best quality, quick release, pressure fi t hinges and

glides. This means easy cleaning, maintenance, or even

replacement if you get in the mood to change your design.

Quality CraftsmanshipOur cabinetry is crafted using 100% solid, kiln dried, certifi ed A/B

grade teak. All components are fabricated using state of the art CAD

manufacturing machinery for exact, precision fi t, then hand assembled and

fi ne sanded to a furniture quality fi nish. Construction is glued mortise and

tenon, for the highest quality and strength. Doors and drawers include solid

1” thick frames inset into the beveled outer fl ange for a clean, professional,

high end appearance. Door panels use a fl oating design, while drawer

faces feature double front, tongue and groove construction. We also

include PVC drawer bottoms for a lifetime of easy cleanup and durability

that will never require maintenance. To complement our beautiful teak

cabinetry, we use only Blum® concealed soft/ self closing European door

hinges, premium, full extension self-closing drawer runners and stainless

steel pull handles. All teak products are backed by a 10-year limited

warranty. Drawer runners are guaranteed for 5 years, and door hinges

to the original owner for as long as they have them.

Pacifi c Teak Millworks “Common Chassis” product line is a modular, component-based program in which the door frames are packaged separately from the doors; and drawer boxes separately from thedrawer faces. This gives the customer the option of three distinctive door/drawer styles that can be used on a single cabinet chassis. All installation hardware is packaged with the chassis’.

Pacifi c Teak Utility Pullout Chassis’ are tough, versatile products. Both models use 2 pairs of full extension, heavy duty side mount glides so they’re capable of conveniently storing heavy bags of charcoal, wood, or other solid fuels as well as waste cans and LP tanks. They use our inset door design with beveled outer fl ange for a clean, attractive look and accept any of our 3 distinctive styles of 16” doors. Both feature PVCbottom panels for extra durability and easy cleanup.

Pacifi c Teak’s 3 classic, yet timeless designs are available in 14” and 16” sizes, and fi t perfectly with anyarchitecture style or island fi nish material.

Pacifi c Teak drawer fronts include solid 1” thick solid teak frames with fl oating panels available in our 3classic styles to match our comprehensive product line.

The LPT-1 and LPT-2 inserts are holder/ stabilizers for 20 lb. LP tanks for use in our CH-POTT-18 or CH-POHDL-18 Pullouts. They feature solid teak frames with a PVC top for durability and easy cleanup.

The CT-1 accessory Cutlery Tray is terrifi c for organizing kitchen utensils and serving ware. It fi ts perfectly in all our drawer boxes.
