The Owner and President of the company Mr. Hasan SACAN was born in Ankara in 1970. He has a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1993.

In his 25 years of experience, he worked in many countries in 5 continents. He lived in USA and completed many projects between the years 2003-2007. He implemented the first Tunnel Form System in Australia since 2008.

He has a great experience in construction field since 1993 and completed many projects more than million square meter specialized in Tunnel Form system in USA, Australia, Russia, India, Africa and Turkey.

Mr. Hasan SACAN Hi-Tek İnşaat Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. was established in Turkey in 2007. The Owner and President of the company, Mr. Hasan SACAN, has a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1993. After 10 years of experience with MESA Imalat Formwork Manufacturing Company in Turkey plus 4 years of experience with Highrise Concrete Systems, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, USA in the construction of residential and commercial buildings around the world with the latest technology, he founded "Hi-Tek İnşaat Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti." to provide “premium service around the world” through consulting and/or working as a contractor to do concrete shell structure specialized in Tunnel Formwork System.

Hi-Tek İnşaat believes that adding value engineering into the projects using tunnel formwork system reduces the cost of building and increases the quality and efficiency. Our company has been busy since day one and continues to provide the utmost in client satisfaction through our “high-tech” quality of work and by incorporating value engineering into their projects.

Hi-Tek İnşaat is the first company in Australia to integrate the tunnel formwork system into the residential projects. The system has been used for the first time in Australia on a 25-storey high-rise condominium project. Hi-Tek İnşaat provided all the data for acceptance of the system and worked as a contractor to do concrete shell structure with experienced Turkish crew including form setters and steel fixers. The project has been completed succesfully ahead of schedule safe and sound with a high quality of finishing which reduced the cost of building significantly. Other projects followed with the same system as the client was satisfied with the great results.

Hi-Tek İnşaat also is the first company in Chad, Guinea and India to integrate the tunnel formwork system into the residential & hotel projects.
