BETON PREMIXED STRUCTURAL ANTISHRINKAGE GROUTAND TYPE “FR” FIBER REINFORCED CLASS CS IV Compliant with EN 1504-3 DESCRIPTION Premixed anti-shrinkage grout based on hydraulic binders for interiors and exteriors with an high and constant quality level, produced with an automated system, to apply by hand or by mechanical projection for reconstructing and renovating reinforced concrete or concrete structures or as structural reinforcement of old masonries. Doesn’t attack metals but protect them if enfold them completely. Available fiber- reinforced with a special composition of polypropylene fibers tested for the specific use type “FR”. Available with compressive strenght 10/17/25/35/40 N/mm2. COMPOSITION Special hydraulic binders sulphate-resistant, selected calcareous aggregates with grading from 0 to 1.3 mm, natural additives tested for the specific use which give to the product a very high adhesion and workability. For type “FR” polypropylene fibers. ADDITIVES Additives just give to the product an excellent workability, tixotropicity and water retention to give to the product a controller shrinkage, avoiding on this way physical trauma as cracks and consequent partial detachments from the substrate. They only have the active part on the working process, when the product is mature have no longer an active effect. Do not form a film so the breathability of INTOBETON remains the same just like the traditional product. Are not toxic so are also biodegradable. FEATURES An accurate and selective choice of the raw materials made with a perfect grading curve, thanks to the use of our own crush system, produce just adding water a grout very plastic and easily workable. Can be applied directly on every type of surface, it doesn’t cracks, doesn’t detach, it’s breathable and impact-resistant. For BETON FR type, fiber-reinforced, fibers give to the hardened mortar more ductility and resistance to the aggressive agents and to thermal excursions, improve the distribution of the charges and reduce micro-cracks produced by external stresses, more resistance to vibrations, so it is particularly indicated for masonry buildings under stresses. APPLICATIONPrepare the walls and the ceilings to remove dust, mud, bitumen, oil stains, etc.Walls on which is applied BETON must be previously washed with a jet of water with strong pressure, to remove all the crumbling parts and the impurities.It’s necessary to wet, in advance, particularly absorbent or dry or exposed to hot climate walls.To mix by hand, in a cement mixer or with a mixer at low speed, till when the mixture isn’t homogeneous; with a plaster sprayer regulating the flow-meter till when the density isn’t perfect.INTOBETON can be applied at different thicknesses; is recommended for just one application not to apply thicknesses lower to cm 1 and never higher to cm 3. In case of more applications wait for one hour at least before applying the following coat.The minimum thickness of the finished product doesn’t have to be lower to cm 1.With high temperatures, with wind and low humidity, is recommended to protect from the quick dry moistening the substrates.Don’t apply on frozen substrates, with frost or possible frost in 24 hours.Don’t apply on gypsum substrates, synthetic coatings or paints.Don’t apply on foamed concrete blocks.Don’t apply with strong wind or in very sunny days.Don’t apply until when the substrate isn’t completely dried.Don’t apply with driving rain.Don’t add any other material to the product.Apply on reinforced concrete surfaces carefully washed to remove any residue of form release agents.Apply on very smooth reinforced concrete surfaces or bases not much adhesive, prior treatment with a coat of BETON mixed with water and INTOGUM in a ratio of 1:1. Cover with the “fresh on fresh “ technique with BETON.Combine with INTOGUM in ratio 1:4 with water to improve the adhesion on the various substrates and the mortar elasticity.We suggest to apply BETON with a temperature between +5 ° C and + 30° C.

PACKAGINGLoose in silo (gravity feed).Multi-ply paper sacks with protective film of kg. 25 on wood pallets of 17,50 ql. (70 sacks).

SUMMARYReconstruction or the restoration of structures in reinforced concrete or concrete, the structural reinforcement of old masonries and cementitious reports at high thicknesses both on walls and ceilings, will be realized with a premixed anti-shrinkage grouts based on special hydraulic binders sulphate resistant, type “BETON” or fiber-reinforced type “INTOBETON FR” compliant with EN 998-1 with a compressive strength class 10/17/25/35/45 N/mm2 (CSIV) to mix also with the system of structural reinforcement MALVIN NET, which uses networks, connectors and preformed accessories in GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) (* FIBRE NET), or networks in F.R.P (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) made of a glass fiber AR GLASS (alkaline resistant) and cold drawn stainless steel connectors AISI 304, by MALVIN S.r.l., applied by hand or mechanically and to mix just adding water, with a consumption of 17/18 kg/mq for each cm of thickness, with a compressive strength after 28 days from 10 N/mm2 to 45 N/mm2 (CSIV).
