AMS (Airfield Maintenance Services) is a long-term maintenance contract with pre-established unit prices.
Under AMS, work is executed according to agreed upon work orders. The AMS system offers industry
experience, proprietary technology and proven practices to reduce risks and enhance airfield safety.
AMS+ Shifting the Risk Paradigm
AMS+ (Airfield Maintenance Services Plus) is a long-term maintenance contract, in which airports shift
the responsibility of airfield management completely to Hi-Lite. Work orders are executed according to
data and analysis by SIAMA. SIAMA (Safety Indicator for Airfield Maintenance Activities) is Hi-Lite’s
proprietary software to analyze the functionality and performance of airfield maintenance activities.
COMPLIANCE. SIMPLIFIED.
The AMS program serves as a platform to consolidate all airfield maintenance services into a comprehensive plan for your airport. Implementing one of the AMS programs means stepping beyond conventional means to partner with the best provider to eliminate risks.
AMS offers:
• On-call contracting resource

Hi-Lite Manages, Invests, Innovates
Manage.
As a partner in compliance and safety to Aerostar Airport Holdings, the operator of Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Hi-Lite works around the clock managing airfield markings, vertical signs, and runway friction. Hi-Lite’s management of the airfield has exceeded expectations in areas of safety and compliance and has resulted in zero discrepancies in the FAA Part 139 inspections.
Invest.
When expanding to other regions, Hi-Lite invests in the local economy. As the official contractor for the Florida Department of Transportation Airfield Markings Contract, Hi-Lite has recruited local personnel and invested in specialty equipment and facilities strictly to service airports in the State of Florida. With the addition of an ASM contract at Miami International Airport (MIA), Hi-Lite is opening an office in South Florida.
Innovate.
The busiest airport in the world, Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), requires work to be completed in critical nighttime closures. To maximize the productivity during these closures, Hi-Lite has built the largest Ultra High Pressure waterblaster in the industry to increase efficiencies. Hi-Lite‘s success in ATL was a critical factor in ATL signing a AMS contract at the world’s largest airport to manage the airfield markings.
Hi-Lite is a reliable partner who pays attention to airports’ needs. By adapting to operations’ schedule, while ensuring activities are delivered, Hi-Lite exceeds or meets industry standards.
