EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Colony Restaurant.• We launched this business for financial benefits, gaining well customer, encouraging

entrepreneurs, contributing fund to the national economy, creating jobs for the unemployed youth of the country etcetera. The components of our Restaurant are meeting halls, wedding halls, setting places, eating seats and the like.

• Our Hotel Colony is located in the center of Hargeisa near the National Theatre, This area hasn’t standard Restaurants and it’s over populated place that’s why we have chosen it. We can say it’s an appropriate place for this restaurant.

• Colony is attractive apartment and well-built building. This building contains four floors which has Huge parking that has area of 17m2, children’s ground that all the children can play the weekends, Eid Festivals and Summer times. Our restaurant has a wide rooms and lounge seats.

• Our biggest competition is in the city , which has a large selection of restaurants. Currently, many people who live in Hargiesa. With the redevelopment in Hargeisa. And with Restaurant, we will convince these people to stay in Long Branch and eat at our restaurant.

• There are three restaurants in Hargeisa that are similar to Colony . These are also the two most popular places in Hargeisa.  Each of these restaurants will be important to us. We feel the clientele they have is the class of clientele that our restaurant will appeal to.

• The first place is an Maansoor restaurant, open All the days in the week and serves lunch and dinner located uptown on Broadway. It is very busy for lunch as well as at dinner time. Their price range is $7-$15 for lunch and $12-$24 for dinner entrees. 

• The Second place is Sumer-time restaurant at the Ocean. They open seven days a week, dinner for two without wine averages $100. All these three restaurant are our local, difficulty competitors.
