1- Look

When we talk about a continuous action that started in the past and is still continuing. We use the present perfect continuous tense. If it is not a continuous action, or has just finished, we use the present perfect simple tense.

I have been tidying up , I have picked up the books but I haven't put away

the clothes yet.
