A.PRESENT SIMPLE VS. PRESENT CONTINUOUS

EXPLANATION:

We use present simple tense to talk about habits or routines. We sometimes use adverbs of frequency. Another thing, we use state verbs such as BE to talk about actions in present simple.Examples:1. Mark is a taxi driver. (State verb BE)2. He is in bed asleep. (State Verb BE)3. He is asleep. (State Verb BE)4. He drives a taxi. (“driving a taxi “action, it is a habit)

We use present continuous to talk about temporary actions.Example:1. He is not driving a taxi. (It is a temporary situation or temporary action
