INTRODUCTION Present Simple and present Continuous have some main uses. In present simple, we are going to learn: How to recognize a STATE VERB . How to recognize a HABIT or ROUTINE without adverbs of frequency. In present continuous, we are going to learn: How to recognize a TEMPORARY ACTION . A. PRESENT SIMPLE VS. PRESENT CONTINUOUS EXPLANATION: We use present simple tense to talk about habits or routines. We sometimes use adverbs of frequency. Another thing, we use state verbs such as BE to talk about actions in present simple. Examples: 1. Mark is a taxi driver. (State verb BE) 2. He is in bed asleep. (State Verb BE) 3. He is asleep. A.PRESENT SIMPLE VS. PRESENT CONTINUOUS

EXPLANATION:

We use present simple tense to talk about habits or routines. We sometimes use adverbs of frequency. Another thing, we use state verbs such as BE to talk about actions in present simple.Examples:1.
