JALAOCA MINING PROJECT Objective: Cu-Au porphyry-skarn and Cu-Mo porphyry deposit. Mining area covering

a surface area of 6400 hectares. Four important mineralized zones have been

identified. The potential and size of the deposit will be defined with drilling works

REPOWERING TO 1000 MVA OF THE CARABAYLLO - CHIMBOTE - TRUJILLO 500 KV TL AND VARIABLE REACTIVE COMPENSATOR (SVC OR SIMILAR) +400/-150 MVAR IN 500 KV TRUJILLO SUBSTATION

Objective: The project consists of the design, financing, construction, operation

and maintenance of a repowering of a 500 kV transmission line section in the mid

north of the country and a Variable Reactive compensation equipment at the Trujillo

substation. These investments will reinforce the transmission system in 500 kV of

the National Interconnected Electric System (SEIN, by its Spanish initials)


Modality: Self-Financed government initiative


Concession term : 30 years plus the construction period (33 months)

LA NIÑA – PIURA 500 KV LINK, SUBSTATIONS, LINES AND ASSOCIATED EXTENSIONS

Objective: The project is configured with a 500 kV transmission line that

connects La Niña substation with the future Piura Nueva substation with an

approximate length of 87 km. A new substation called Piura Nueva will be

constructed. In order to reinforce the transmission systems in 220 kV, the new

substation will be equipped with transforming equipment in 220 kV

Objective: The 220 kV transmission line Tingo María Nueva – Aguaytía

(73 km) begins in the projected Tingo María Nueva substation, located in the

District of Rupa-Rupa, Province of Leoncio Prado, Department of Huánuco and

reaches the Aguaytía Substation, property of Aguaytía Energy, located in the

District of Aguaytía, Province of Padre Abad, Department of Ucayali. These

investment will reinforce the transmission system in the eastern area of the

country

NUEVA CARHUAQUERO 220 KW SUBSTATION, CHINCHA NUEVA 220/60 KV SUBSTATION, NAZCA NUEVA 220/60 KV SUBSTATION, AND VARIABLE REACTIVE COMPENSATOR (SCV OR SIMILAR) + 400 / -100 MVAR AT THE SAN JUAN 220 KV SUBSTATION.

Objective: The purpose of the projects is to grant the concession for the

design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of Substations

(Switchyard) that will facilitate the maneuvers of the lines in the Chiclayo and

Cajamarca area in the north of the country and Ica; as well as allowing greater

reliability in the energy supply in the department of Lima

500 KV PIURA NUEVA - FRONTERASUBSTATION TRANSMISSION LINE

Objective: The Comprehensive Peru-Ecuador Interconnection Project includes

the construction of a 500 kW Transmission Line that will link the Chorrillos

Substation in Ecuador with the La Niña Substation in Peru (The Line). The Line

includes the construction of two new midway substations: Pasaje Substation in

Ecuador and Piura Nueva Substation in Peru.

(WWTP) with an average flow of reused water. It will provide a proper wastewater

treatment through bacterial beds, meeting the requirements set forth in the current

regulations
